Battery Problem

The battery of my honda activa gets damaged very early.
Now the battery cannot hold the horn and indicator and it starts through its self start very delay......

satisfied with the service of the honda service center in Howrah ARADHANA
HONDA..i have the complaint
Horn Switch Not Working, Shooker Greasing & Breaks liver Problem. i Have
ready to pay the Spare Cost but he had recived from me LABOUR CHARGE.And
he Said to me when i am service there place all time to paid money *AS PER
LABOUR CHARGE* for any work. i told you that sir you have no any free
service your place???
yours Service center have no any proper receptionist
and customer support executive. Sir Please help Me. We are not satisfied
your service.

unicorn bikes — honda bikes labour problem

hello,

when i am going to book unicorn bike at Kollam show room, they said that honda bike factory affect with labour problem so getting the bike take another 5 months

i do agree with the strike part.. but the dealer spokesperson said.. it is a matter of another 5 days and not months.. if it is 5 months.. don't want to wait that long. Can you pls reconfirm from your side again.

Honda — SERVICE PROBLEM

I have unicorn dazzler engine no.KC09E2003346 , frame no.ME4KC09AEA8003295 bike it was met with an accident on 1 january 2011 on 2 jan I gave the bike to swati auto for repairing but till 31 jan 2011 there are unable to deliever my bike reason is co. is not providing the spare parts I talked to Mr. ravi chauhan also for the same but he is also irresponsible person I am surprised by his behavior towards customers .
I paid heavily for the local transportation daily due to your mistake and if you will not deliever my bike in perfect condition within 3 working days I will go to consumer court for the full and final settlement.
company like honda dos't provide spare parts within a month is very shamefull and is not good for the reputation of the company.Your customer service system is very poor.I am also an engineer I know the process takes time but in a month co. can make thousands of bikes but can't repair a single bike.its shameless for the company.
Please look into the matter very seriously and the person like Ravi Chauhan is not good for the company ruputation and name the dealer swati auto mailed several times to him but he never bother for the problems suffered by the customer.

Honda Unicorn 150cc bike — Spare parts not available

Requested Sir/Madam,

I am Vishal using A HONDA UNICORN 150cc Bike last 2 Yrs. We have get no spare parts (MH 12 FJ 4482). I can check the spare parts in B.U. Bhandari Auto Pune,YASH Honda Hadpsar, Ruby sales Pune last 8 months. we have no get the spare parts.
AWARENESS! PLEASE AVOID TO ADVANCE PAYMENT BOOKING FOR HONDA BIKES !

I hav purchased the honda Unicorn on last december month TN 42C6478 . After 5000 km engine noise problem itcomes slowly. Now my bike has fully engine problemed and the service dealer said that advise to change the CAM SHAFT, ROCKER ARM, & ROCKER ARM PIN spares. But CAM SHAFT sparepart is not available in the service store. Already my friend's SHINE bike also having the same problem. still now they have not change the spare parts to him (3months).So, how can give my bike to servicing centre for 3 months? When i purchased the bike PRASANNA HONDA dealer said that honda bike will never problem. But now i knew that it was everly problem when i have not check the engine noise at the purchased time. PLEASE AVOID TO ADVANCE PAYMENT BOOKING FOR HONDA BIKES ! Please Check & select the bikes before bokking.

Still, I am afraid, as how many and which kind of problems this bike has, that I will need to face.

    we have purchase passion pro bike having model no 10 DRS , invoice no[protected] dated 14.06.2011 & customer code no 1089473. its speedometer is not working properly & changed many times. Even that it is failed now . kindly arrange to replace the same with suitable speedometer , hence the problem should not be repeated.

      I Purchase Hero Honda Motorcycle at 26/10/2011. Reg. No. MH12-HM2832. After purchase the vehicle i found ENGINE OIL LEAKAGE Problem in the vehicle. From Last four months i tried to solve this problem from authorized service center. But till the date problem was not solved. The service center person solve the problem temporary & the problem comes again after 2 or 3 days. I request them to replace my vehicle. But they not REPLACED vehicle. I also mailed Hero Honda Authorized mail ID but they did not replied. Then Before last two week I send them register notice. But till the date they not replied. I leave the vehicle at 14/02/2011 in the showroom where i purchase the vehicle. I want replace vehicle. PLEASE HELP ME OR MY MONEY BACK & I want to say everyone who want to purchase HERO HONDA motor cycle. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HERO HONDA MOTORCYCLE . Because all the new vehicle not in good condition. they have many many problems.

        I was planning to buy Honda Shine and visited the dealer (Prasanna Honda) in Coimbatore. The display board states Rs. 58336 as On Road Price. But the dealer is not ready to give the vehicle unless we pay Rs. 63,661 ( Approx 5300 more than the On road Price).

        His statement is 'the on road price is not including Registration charges. Apart from that he is adding AMC, Additional Warranty, Accessory as compulsory elements.

        The Manager himself gave me this quotation and stated that if you want you can buy our vehicle, or you can walk out...

        Not sure if we are at the mercy of these vendors... Can someone take action on this please? I am sure it is the same story for all Honda scooters and bikes in all over India.

            Rude Behavior of Shop Supervisor of Hero Moto Corp Service Centre at Milkhiram Building Sakchi ,Jamshedpur.

            I have purchased Bike from Union Bike , Sakchi,Jamshedpur, on[protected]
            I am a customer of paid service at above service centre.This is my first paid service(Date[protected].I reported at around 9:45 am on that date.I waited for my serial at 2:30 pm.But Nobody is caring for me.When I asked the shop Supervisor(Mr Sanjay) for my No for servicing they rudely replied saying( Are aapka abhi number nahi hai, Intejar Kijiye) they are also supported by some other supervisor( Mr Raja and Mr Hansda).After a exchange of hot talk they finally line up for my bike for servicing. I got my bike after servicing at around 4:30 pm. This is the story of that day.

            Now, I have paid for one year and got 6 nos service card.But I am very much afraid of the rude behavior of the staff of that service Centre.I am not in position to take service from this centre.Pleas help and reply, Otherwise we will take some other step.

              Hero Honda — proper service

              Sir. I bought a bike 2 nd hand bike from shivam bikes in chandkheda ahmedbad gujarat .My complain is that whenever i am going to service station of hero honda service centres they dont wnat to understnad the customer's problrm jst they do only what they have done..The honour of the service station also not attending the customer properly..The parts are also not available everytime...They are giving the assurance that we will call u for the same but yet i havnt recd any call from that side. please take such action to provide good services to the customers as they want. Bec we are giving money..
              i have purchased a bike cbz extream on 25/03/2010.my bike is new not use properly & after 5 months ago my bike;s engine dead, ny servive done regularly to service center so why are not tell me bike's folt.then i give my bike & same problem become now, i west my time, , . when i complaint to service centre, but engineer not give me satisfaction answer. and till date 2 service done my bike both time i am not satisfied by the service. & it will not give me feedback form regarding service.
              In future i am not buying hero honda bike & also give suggestion my relaitve not purchaise any hero honda bike in future. no dught bike is very good but yur service center is very poor.again i say i dont satisfied your service...

              Hero Honda — Not proper service

              Sir, I buy Splendor Pro Motor Cycle HR-36 P 0528 on dated 08/10/2010, Engine No. HA10EHA9502949chasis No.MBLHA10ADA9J02710 from VIRENDRA AUTOMOBILE, DHARUHERA CHOWK, CIRCULAR ROAD REWARI
              After 15 days the byke noise in chain set, leaking engine & no proper meter digit. I go to virendra automobile service centre and said for such problems and they tight the chain and said your problem was solved but the problem was same. I again goes but they did n't that. I goes about 8 - 9 times but do n't listen me'.The also not give proper service for bykes. Sir I totally fed up. So I requested you solved out my problem! My Contact no. [protected]

MH02CN4912. my bike is in voranty but sowroom staff is not supporting me n not replysing that part which is in varaty piriod.

                  hello sir,

                  i had bought my honda unicorn in 2005.

                  detail of vehicle purchased:
                  Engine no : KC09E0043558
                  CH no : ME4KC094B5803491
                  Registration No:-DL3SAK3925

                  In Jan 2012 i found a strange sound coming out of my bike, hence i visited a showroom ceritified by as claimed by "Pragyan Honda, Ohkhla Phase-2" on 7th Jan,2012. After analyzing, the service centre recommend to change my bike's engine. And as recommended i went for Engine change, which took 3days and costed me around Rs. 15000.

                  Afer my engine got modified/changed( i am suspicious of the service center), they asked me to get a routine check up at 400 KM of driving. after my 400 KM drive got completed, as suggested i went for a rountine servicing. And after ananlyzing they said emission of smoke is the problem and claimed to rectify( resolved the issue) the problem. That was charged around Rs. 700.

                  But again shortly after servicing the strange sound started coming again. And as i went to service center.It was claimed that it's due to oil level( which i was unable to understand and was not even propely explained to me, as previously it was claimed to be engine problem ) and still they said something else needs to be done( which was not informed to me and never done). and now They are claiming that the engine change has no warranty and are not responding to me. And all of a sudden they claimed that it was due to rash driving style of me.

                  if you notice it didn't gave me any problem since i purchased bike in 2005 since 2012 because of my driving style and suddenly after getting my engine changed, as claimed it was my driving style issue.


                  Is honda certifying service centers without any quality check?. or is it that after issuing a certification to a servivce center, Honda never revisits it to make sure the standard procedures are followed?.


                  kondly suggest what actions i need to take in order to get a proper and authenticated service to my bike.

                    I the undersigned has booked an Honda Activa Scooter through Om Sai Autoworld, Mahim (W), Mumbai - 400 016. Booking No. M-17242, Receipt M 1454 dated 14/06/2011 by paying an amount of Rs. 1000/- as booking amount. This booking is based on "First Come, First Serve" basis. As of now I do not know the delivery schedule or my waiting list no. It is observed that the Honda Activa is available through AGENT by paying a premium or on money. I have waited for a period 8 months.

                    I would like to know the present delivery status. I am also willing to pay the full amount on delivery.

                    Mr. Chavan,

                    I booked Honda Activa by paying Rs. 1000/- on 11th March 2011 and full payment on 31st Jan 2012 total of Rs. 53985/- But till date I have not received the delivery of the said 2 wheeler. My booking ref. No. 71197.

                    Am thinking of getting the full amount back as in market there are other two wheelers which are available on the spot. This is just fleecing, using our money and making us wait for nothing.

                        my name is Dushyant Thete.i bought Honda CB Unicorn on 02/01/2012 from Sachi Honda Showroom Nasik.my bike no. is MH15DG3046.after a first servicing my bike was not run good its strat vibrating and not run smoothly.i ride my bike only 1100km and i have a problem in bike.i went to the showroom on 13 Feb 2012,today is 27 Feb 2012 yet my bike was not ready to deliver to me.when i ask the showroom,why you taking so much time to repair my bike then they tell mi that they don't have the spare part which my bikes need.i just don't understand that they don't have their own bikes spare part.i am now felling that i made a mistake and bought your bike.because your service for the customer is to bad and your attention for the customer is worst.i hope that you read my mail and get some action to improve your service.

                          Subject: Appeal for replacement of defective parts & accessories like Cylinder, Piston, Block etc. in Honda Shine Motor Cycle (Two Wheeler) being Registration No. WB34W-2713, Engine No.JC36E9520781, Frame No. ME4JC366L98346325
                          Respected Sir,
                          It is very astonishing to me that in spite of repeated appeal & request to the authorized dealer of your company M/s Rajkumar Automobiles (Code – WB05001), Jhargram, & M/s R.K.Honda, PaschimMedinipur, one of the reputed & renowned organization of India, manufacturer fault in my purchased vehicle bearing Registration No. WB34W-2713 found and noticed by your authorized dealer M/s Rajkumar Automobiles on diagnosis has not yet been solved and defective parts and accessories have not yet been replaced.
                          I have been compelled to bring the matter before you for immediate replacement of defective parts and accessories like cylinder, piston, block, ring, piston pin etc. through your kind intervention. This is to note on your record that I found some manufacturing defects in my above numbered vehicle within warranty period and I immediately informed the matter of defects to the concerned M/s RajkumarAutomobiles, Jhargram,(sub-dealer of M/s R.K.Honda, Midnapur , West Bengal) and as per direction, I had been to the show room of M/s R.K.Honda, Midnapur, and the authorized person of the said show room directed me to place the said vehicle for servicing.
                          Then I placed the vehicle for servicing the same and on diagnosis, it is noticed that cylinder and piston is scratched, carbon deposition on piston top, scratch line is seen along with a spot in the block etc. on 29.08.2011 and somehow the servicing centre temporarily repaired the vehicle without replacing any parts of vehicle.
                          But the actual defects have not been solved as yet and no parts, found manufacture fault have yet been replaced. The above numbered vehicle is still in the servicing centre of M/s R.K.Honda, Midnapur, WestBengal, the manufacture fault in parts of the above numbered vehicle have been duly informed and intimated to your concerned authorized dealer within warranty period. All reports are enclosed herewith for your kind perusal & consideration.
                          I am suffering from a great deal of inconvenience due to non-availability of the vehicle in my custody in proper condition. I think that you are the competent person, who can solve the problems with immediately effect and the manufacture fault parts & accessories will be replaced with you kind interference.

                            Dear sir,

                            I, Mahadevan Sasidharan Nair Purchased a PLEASURE @ HEROHONDA show room in Kerala state shop name: SMART MOTORS UCHAKKADA. On the date of 13.03.2011. I have to say some thing about my Vehicle to you. It’s my Kind request to you dear sir. I have 3 HERO HAONDA bikes of my own I own this company because I trust in this good service and life long level. I am facing some major problems with your new branded HERO HONDA BIKE PLEASURE KL 19B -1552

                            1. When I purchased the vehicle it’s too smooth to drive I really got 3kms per liter. How is this possible? I went to the showroom and deal with the Manager he opened the whole vehicle and said, there is a small stone inside the petrol tank which came UN known by the company. I am happy to say am getting a km of 51 now days.
                            2. My first service is been done on 09.06.2011 on 939kms job card no:23522
                            3. I met an accident in that time and came some scratches on the vehicle on 26.07.2011, I approached the showroom and they took 650rs for repainting the vehicle, Till today date they dint do this so. They say it’s my fault that I dint give them time to paint the vehicle I kept the same vehicle for 2weeks and 2 days in the showroom nothing happened. Now days they says the time has expired and we are not ready to do this so.
                            4. Good this gives the company to a good level of costumer satisfaction.
                            5. My second service is been done on 06.08.2011 on 2540kms job card no: 24960.
                            6. From the date of second service after next day I lost the battery power which and where I suffered a lot in the middle of the road in trivandrum central. I thank you for this too.
                            7. When I approached your manager he, says that’s not our fault, we can’t do any thing I charged the battery @rs 150.00 from the place.
                            8. I am so sorry to say that your branch office and the officers are nit in good hospitality to do the service or care takes the customers in good manner.
                            9. My third service is been done on 10.10.2011 on 3224kms job card no: 26575. when ever I go to consult the realer they makes service.
                            10. On 16.01.2012 I bike to Trivandrum on the way to my job the vehicle burst and smoke appeared from the front side, I was not able even to ride or just move the vehicle.
                            11. I approached the same center in an auto carrying the vehicle from Trivandrum to your esteemed concern. They opened and said the wiring connections got burned and should be replaced and will charge 800.00 rs for the new wiring set.
                            12. I waited 2 days and the answer from the concern was no new wiring set and it take time more than 3 – 4 weeks, they replaced an old wiring kit but when I opened the whole body in an pother service point they replied its just a small pieced wire now on my vehicle.
                            13. I really think that your concern is not good to be in real service with the customers.
                            14. They say that if I complaint to any other s they don’t have any problem and I would be made no service or any other service to this vehicle.
                            15. Am too dispersed to go there and I am going to sell the vehicle its my unlucky vehicle with HERO HONDA.



                            16. I f I dint get my bikes whole body cover to be changed to new I will give this copy and publish in main news paper in trivandrum edition and via facebook.
                            17. I know the cover will charge of rs: 1200.00 for the bike. I enquired with the showroom manager he itself told me on the date of 26.07.2011. On the time of second service.
                            18. Nothing happened till date.
                            19. Do the needful which you can do with this GOOD customer.


                             PLEASE GO THROUGH THIS LETTER AND PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL.
                             I am not so rich to buy another bike in other company TVs or Honda Aviator. Which gives more than 56 kms per liters?
                             It’s too smooth as Hero Honda Pleasure.


                            I have taken this vehicle in the name of my mother smt: Vijaya kumari.
                            The old address has been changed and I dint change the address because if nothing is given as a good reply I have to sell this vehicle. So sorry to do this.
                            Surely you will loose this customer. My luck came from when I took HERO HONDA CD DELUXE.

                              Sir,
                              I have purchased Honda Activa (Model-SCV110B) on 19th August, 2011 from your dealer Jugal Kishore Honda, Sanjay Gandhipuram, Faizabad Road, Lucknow(U.P.). After three months Battery of that scooter was not working properly, so I complained the same to Jugal Kishore Honda showroom as well as its workshop at the time of second free service. Just after recharging mechanic said that it will ok after some drive but same problem existed, only kick start was there. On my third free service I complained him again; mechanic misguided me and said no further problem will exist. But same problem exist there in. After repeated requests the battery was taken away on 23 January, 2012 and told to come after two week. Their response is very-very poor. After so many visits & requests an old battery make[protected] was given to me on 21 February, 2012. It is also not working properly. I am not satisfy yet. I want that a new battery should be provided to me in replacement o[censored]nder warranty battery. In this connection I told to your dealer. He informed me that this battery has been provided by the company which I replaced.

                              As such I request you to please pass necessary instructions to reliable person/dealer for providing me new battery as early as possible, failing which I will be compelled to take the protection of law.

                              Honda scooters Pvt Ltd/honda activa — refusal of warranty replacement

                              I purchased an activa for my daughter from VAH Pvt Ltd,37 chippi tank,begum bridge meerut on 25/06/2009.Bill no.-091an00845.Registration no.-UP15 AK 9531.At the time of purchase the dealer issued a warranty card stating that for the following 2 years any problem in the scooter or parts will be treated or parts will be replaced free of charge.after one year the scooty started giving a strange sound and less pickup and mileage.On 27/03/2011 when i took it to service centre they said the crank and cylinderare making sound and they said it needs to be replaced and will be charged Rs.8000.as per the warranty it has only run approx 10000 kms and is still in warranty and should be replaced free of charge.moreover I have always taken the scooter to honda service station for service and i have proof of all the services.I have also sent a notice to the dealer and your company through registered AD requesting to provide me with warranty replacement of the parts.I request u to please action my request and please get the damaged parts replaced within one week because the warranty is about to expire on 25/06/2011.else i will have to apprach the court of law.

                                    2nd Complaint-Purchased Pleasure from United Agency Paud Rd,Which was registered on 28/11/2011.Registration No.is MH12HP-8461.On 2nd Jan.2012 due to leakage the Staff o[censored]nited Agency asked me to keep the Vehicle at their Work-shop.After my 1st complaint with you the Dealer Staff told me that the Spares are available(i.e.-Crank Shaft & Other Parts) & the Vehicle will be delivered to me on 21/02/2012 at 5-00 P.M..Half an hour after the Delivery I noticed the same problem with the Vehicle about the leakage asoccured on 2nd of Jan.2012.United agency has not told me what parts they have changed.The Dealer is trying to cheat me. Do the needful immediately as Iam paying Installments for this Vehicle. Thanking- you.Mandar P.Joshi.Pune.
                                    Must take strong action against this type of Dealer.

Chasis No-MBLJF16EDBGHO2726, Eng.No.-JF16EBBGH02758. The vehicle is with the Dealer from 2nd Jan.2012 for repairing. The Dealer Staff is asking me to purchase the required Spares from outside because they have no stock of Spares as the Crank Shaft is damaged within 2 months.The Dealer is not at all responding.Pl.take some strong action as i am paying Installments for my Vehicle & my Office is 12 K.M.from my residence.
                                      Worst service from Dealer.Iam paying Installments against Vehicle Loan & I am going 12 K.M. everyday to the Office.
