[Resolved]  Honda Car India — Overcharging & not responding

I purchased honda city zx no. Dl4c nc 3045 from m/s ring road honda (Sugoi motors pvt ltd) 21a, shivaji marg, new delhi-110015 vide their invoice no. 5946 dt 15/07/2008.In this connection i am to state that i am charged rs. 20581.00 by them towards insurance charges whereas total insurance premium shown in the policy no. 3001/54544854/00/000 sent to me by m/s ring road honda on 13 oct 2008 is
Rs. 15837.00. As per these two documents they have overcharged me rs. 4744.00. This overcharging clearly reflects the unfair practices being adopted by this dealership.

They have also debited me rs. 800.00 towards logistics charges which have not been reflected in the invoice. Had these been genuine charges these would had been reflected in the invoice.

Inspite of my complaint to the dealer and to the honda car india, no one has paid any attention to the same. This is the state of affair of honda car company that neither they nor their dealers ever bother about customer’s complaints.

HP service is just worst in India. After complaining about the problem First HP is not able to diagnose the problem, second its false commitments. Printer is in non working condition since almost one month still we don’t know the status of call.

I have applied for the card during Mid Feb 2008 along with the supportings ( ID proof and Card statement) with the assurance that i would be receiving the card within 15 days. But till date i have not received any intimation about the card. Kindly let me know the status of the card.

Driver if this Auto Rickshaw is on the run & cheating People .It happened to me like this guy agreed to Drop me at Premlok Park Chinchward, by meter its was 27 Points (Approx Rs. 230 )from Swargate to Premlok Park, Chinchwad. On arriving he diSowned from his agreement for not charging half charge & charged
Rs. 350 .

Looking forward for your support in getting Auto Rickshaw no. MH 12 Q A 2635 punished for the deed & harrasment.

I am having BSNL broadband connection ( Combo Home Plan 500C) at my telephone no.[protected]. Before sometime it was working properly but now when I try to login to see the usage the gopes on slow and it will take much finally it is not opening.Due to this problem I am unable to see my uses.

To begin with I own a Honda Ciy which i purchased from Lalli Motors (Industrial Area) Chandigarh in November 2004 Reg. No. HR 01R - 6527 and it was Financed from ICICI Bank. But due to the clerical mistakes at Showroom while preparing the papers they mentioned it to be Citi Bank. Later the R.C. that came in obviously had the hypothication under the same. Now while getting the Higher Purchase removed from the R.C., the R.T.O. objected for the N.O.C. provided by us to them from ICICI Bank saying they woud require the N.O.C. from the Citibank which actually had nothing to do with the vehicle.
Now, this Mistake done at your end was brought into the notice of your dealer in Chandigarh Aprrox. 2 months ago.They had asked for several documents which had already been provided long ago. But theprocess seems to be taking AGES. The concerned Person (Mr. Sanjay) had been very very ignorant and never willingly responded for the same. I later met Mr. Arvind who i asume is the manager. He was very upset and felt embarassed and responded really well. This too was a month ago. I again never heared from them. I Tried calling them again but nogo. I am Wondering if this complaint really help as i need to sell the vehicle which is again impossible without the matter to be closed. And above all the Blunder done by the Dealer has never been taken care of very seriously. I have been visting the showroom all the way from Ambala and has been very inconvenient. I hope this helps to speed up the process.
I love driving my Machine but Honda seems to be depressing for the services. And if this is the case, I would never buy another Honda and would not suggest to someone else as well.

I SENT MY HONDA CITY NEW CAR FOR FIRST SERVICE ON 5TH MARCH.2009 AT HONDA SOUTHEND HONA SAKET MOTORS PVT.LTD PLOT NO.71, BLOCK B-2, MOHAN COOP. INDL. ESTATE, MATHURA ROAD, BHADARPUR, NEW DELHI-110044, INDIA. MY CAR NO. IS DL3CBE-2766. IT WAS PICKED UP FROM MY RESIDENCE AT A-13, FRIENDS COLONY EAST, NEW DELHI-65 BY ONE SHRI MAAN SINGH DRIVER.
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THEY HAVE DONE.THEY HAVE SIMPLY RETURNED THE CAR AFTER WASHING IT.THE PLASTIC PARTS HAVE NOT BEEN POLISHED.THERE ARE MARKS ON THE BODY OF THE CAR WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED INSPITE OF MY INFORMING THEM. we buy a HONDA CRV from your dealer in jaipur m/s PINK CITY MOTORS PVT.LTD. on dated 04.03.2009 as routine practice they assured that they will be registered our vehicle with R.T.O. & charged their service charges but after expend 2 months ( i.e. 60 days) they are not giving us our vehicle registration certificate'

till date we are moving on the road with our vehicle without original regisrtration certificate and that is violence of India Motor Vehicle Act

you are requested to please arrenge us our vehicle registration certificate from your company dealer bcoz we want to go out side of rajasthan with in 2-3 days so we must keet our R.C.with Vehicle please instruct your dealer to maintain honda GOODWILL AS WELL AS HEALTY BUSINESS RELATION

Honda City — i have not get my car policy

I have always heard appriciation from honda customers but I am surprised to know the ground reality of Dealers. How people will beleve that honda is still best.
I own a honda city purchased from ring road honda, on 16th may full service has been done, a week later back tyre begun to dis balance, i contacted honda Mr. Lalit (service manager) first called me at the showroom and said technician would be there in half an hour. On the way a cut occured in the tyre which was fresh and has been shown to lalit as well. On reaching, lalit said that No technician is there and there would be no entertainment from him.The other person there convinced me that on 9th the technician would be here, till now i havent recieved any call from honda. Now the tyre is in warranty phase but i dont know why the are not changing my tyre. Its being now 10 days, I am very much frustrated with the attitude the employees are showing.The service done was also of lowest quality. There is noise coming from the engine. Honda should teach their employees to serve and to speak.This was my worst experience till now . Even maruti guys are much more sophisticated then honda's.

My Honda CRV car service book was lost by the service people at Madurai two service ago and there is no response from them. Now days their service and response are very poor which forced me to sell my 2 Honda cars (1CRV and 1Civic) aqnd switch over to other brands.

After my complaint, I recived the service book on the next day of my complaint. The senior people of the dealer apologise for the inconvinience cause to me. Untill this date they are very attendive.
Our company, AAR AAR TECHNOPLAST PVT LTD, 18/1 MATHURA ROAD, FARIDABAD, bought a HONDA CITY car from South End Honda. The first service was done at Classic Honda, Faridabad. Thereafter the airconditioner has strated tripping, almost 5 to 6 times in less than 2 kilometers. The car has been taken thrice by Classic Honda & once they even kepy it over night. Now their service advisor, Amit Kumar says they are helpless. The car has done less than 2000 Kms. WE ARE DISGUSTED. HELP US PLEASE.

the company cheated me twice the parts from the car are removed and install in other cars and the amount has been taken from me.The main wind shield has broken by the company but they are not ready to accept the mistake, they stolen the petrol from the tank thrice the company should be shut down by the administration.i want the money back and get repaired my vehicle according to my satisfaction
i had sent my car MH 15 BX 8980 to Rushabh honda, nashik for servicing. The car was picked up from home. the car was returned without the floor mattings. Inspite of calling the service people Mr. rahul. many times there was never a satisfactory reply. finally i talked with Mr. raju agre the manager who was pretty co operative. but i never heard anything from him again. Kindly help regarding the same. the car is very good but the service is horrible. after this experience i would not recommed the car again to anyone.

I sent my Honda City (GXi model - purchased in 2008) for repairing services to Pinnacle Honda (the only dealer and service center in Kolkata) during June end. They have returned my car with damaged seat cover (I had the Honda PU seat cover with warranty and more than 3/4 of fuel emptied from the tank. After pursing with them almost on regular basis I was able to get my sear cover changed by them; However, they have given me a very poor quality of seat cover (probably not a Honda seat cover as well) with appaling fiiting. IThey have cheated me and are doing rampart cheating with all their customers.

Dear Sirs,
I am staioned at Vapi gujarat. We have the hubs of Silvassa as well as Daman and areas close to vapi.
There are hundreds of Honda cars used here like civic, city etc.
It is unfotuate that the service centers of Honda cars are far away in Surat Nasik and Bombay closest to us. It takes hours for driving there.
Why does honda disregard their service responsibilities and still to provide a good service center at Vapi?
I pray hat the service centers increase. This may be the reason of less sales of Honda cars in this area of late.
Please do the needful.
