[Resolved]  Honda Car India — Overcharging & not responding

I purchased honda city zx no. Dl4c nc 3045 from m/s ring road honda (Sugoi motors pvt ltd) 21a, shivaji marg, new delhi-110015 vide their invoice no. 5946 dt 15/07/2008.In this connection i am to state that i am charged rs. 20581.00 by them towards insurance charges whereas total insurance premium shown in the policy no. 3001/54544854/00/000 sent to me by m/s ring road honda on 13 oct 2008 is
Rs. 15837.00. As per these two documents they have overcharged me rs. 4744.00. This overcharging clearly reflects the unfair practices being adopted by this dealership.

They have also debited me rs. 800.00 towards logistics charges which have not been reflected in the invoice. Had these been genuine charges these would had been reflected in the invoice.

Inspite of my complaint to the dealer and to the honda car india, no one has paid any attention to the same. This is the state of affair of honda car company that neither they nor their dealers ever bother about customer’s complaints.

I have buy Honda Amaze Model – 1.5 VXMT Diesel (Reg. No. RJ-01 CC 3501, Chassis No. MAKDF253EDN[protected] on last May 29, 2013 from Rudraksh Honda, Ajmer. This Car has very nice design & Interior. Honda Company told me that this car give me Average ( Mileage) in Diesel is 25.8 Kmpl. But It is very sad to say that till today My Amaze is not giving mileage 25 Kmpl or near it. It gives Mileage below than 15 Kmpl only in 2 months.
It’s Mileage is very bad and varies too much. I have travelled around 3900 km. Last month, I travelled to Shrinathji, approx 300 Kms. far from Ajmer with full tank. This route, is completely Four lane highway and even on a such good route I couldn’t get the average more than 15 Kmpl. I filled diesel from various pumps and most of the time I got around 12-15 Kmpl. The minimum was 12 and maximum was 15 Kmpl. Yesterday, I’ve visited Kotputili, Near Bahror on Six Lane Highway. In this travel, i surprised to see that I got only 13-14 Kmpl. Mileage. It’s not according to your commitment.
We have compliant at Dealer’s Office and Service Centre in Ajmer. They called us three times with car for check of mileage but problem remain as it is. Here we are not only one, who complaint about mileage. This is not good for your Amaze customers
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring it in your notice that i bought Honda Amaze
(Diesel) on[protected] from (Lally Automobiles/Chandigarh/CH-02-AY-2786
) . It was running very well until one day when its engine stopped working
as we got bumped into a pit which was not very visible as it was
raining .We weren’t expecting a pit like that as we were traveling on
NH from Chandigarh to Delhi.
We brought it into the notice of Honda Customer Care who was very
supportive and he towed our car to Elegant Honda, Ambala. After
carefully analyzing the problem, the mechanic came into the conclusion
that our Engine has seized. Also, he told us that this particular
problem is not covered under our Warranty as well as our Insurance. As
we were told by the showroom executives while buying the vehicle that
the warranty scheme covers all the problems related to Car Engine, so
we denied to get it repaired on cash.
I had full trust on Honda while buying our car with the hard-earned
money of my life. This type of ruthless attitude was least excepted
from your executives. I expect you to look into the case, and take the
action asap.

Well to start with, I wanted to buy amaze so I went to the classic Honda car dealership in faridabad to enquire about it and do a test drive. And it was a fastastic decision to buy it, but this is when the problems started and never ended. After the car was booked I received a call from the showroom, saying the car is ready plz come tom. Around 12. And so I reached, it took them 4 hrs just to get the car outside the showroom. That is not all at the time of checking the car the boot space extra tyre board was broken which they never checked, and at the time when I drove the car outside the showroom 'the jackpot' the steriosystem was not working so I had to wait another 1 Hr for and found out that they forgot to connect the cable wire...simply amazing as the name of the car sounds.

I took the car forgot about it as a bad experience I thought it was just not my day, but no it's not me it's them and this I found out when I took my car for the first service and for which I informed a day before. They made me wait for 50 min just to make a 2 min job card and they were just chitchatting with each Other. To get my job card card made I had to shout at the manager after I lost my patience.
And to add a cherry on the cake I received my car rc at the same time but it's made of cardboard paper which splitter from between as soon as they gave it to me...
When asked to c what quality of rc r u giving, a reply comes this is it. I cannot do anything...
No problem when asked to put a new number plate.as I have received the number now. And remove the temp number. That I have to do it myself. It's is not the showrooms job to do it and they will not even help..is the answer given. So I asked how to do it...
The answer was out of the world..I have to go to the court, stand in the Que. Get the fill the forms attach all the papers and deposit it at the court. Then I have to wait for them to give me a call which can take a week, then go again and get my number plate.

The worst experience ever for buying my 1st Honda. Will not recommend any1 to buy it from this outlet...buy it from Delhi it's better..

Honda company was nice but the dealers are like fraud they cheat on clients by making the fine parts as the exposed parts nd charge for it even they say Apki gaadi hum nai theek kr skte ab honda ki gaadi honda me he to thik hogi
Nd then they say total loss lelo sir then i asked them to make the report for my car if its not repairable then say said sir honda ki gaadi honda wale kaise mana kr skte h repair to ho he jayegi nd after that they use to exchange they fine parts from the accidental cars for there profit
And if we argue about it they uses such abusive languages with us nd says to the worker pade rendo gaadi nd after they says apni car le jao after all these then they says honda li h apne koi audi jaguar nai li #NOTE #THIS

I have all the records in voice recorder spoken by thier General manager @Rana nd service manager @Rajeev nd even videos shown exchanging parts from the accidental cars nd abusing us nd doing dada giri nd my Car is with them only from last 4 months, and i complaint in honda 121 they said apke pass revert aa jayega 24 hours me i hvnt got a single call from them such an brand first time have seen a good brand with cheap dealers nd cheap employees the honda brand will post the audio records soon after concerting it in Video mode as a proof how Honda is nd why we should not deal with Honda brand
