[Resolved] Honda — Complaint against Vihaan Enterprises Pvt Ltd (Honda service center) - Wagle estate (Thane) | |||
I own a Honda Twister (MH-04 FG-7783) purchased in March 2012. Post the expiration of free services, I had also opted for an extended AMC for another year from Honda. Today, I had given my bike for a regular service as part of the AMC. I had a hologram in my bike which was required for the access to my office and specifically insisted on the sticker to be intact post service. However, while I took my delivery, the hologram was lost. This has costed me Rs. 1, 000.0. Also, the speedometer did not work post delivery and I had to replace the same at my cost.
