I have been attended an interview on 30th Aug 2013 from your Chennai branch for the post of Service Trainer.Since as per the mail you have provided Traveling amount will be refunded, but till now i didn't got the amount.So kindly make the arrangements for the traveling amount of Interview Conveyance.I have been Submitted the Train tickets of 2AC in your Chennai branch with description of Conveyance.So kindly make the arrangements for the Amount as early as possible.
One Mrs.POOJA SONI in your Reputed firm has contacted me regarding the interview.i had sent 2 reminders to her but didn't got any Response.

    Dear Sir,
    Ref: On 05th Oct `2013 - Booking of Honda Amaze – variant - EMT Diesel
    On 12th Oct`2013 Up-gradation of Honda Amaze - variant to SMT Diesel.
    On the 2nd Oct`2013, I met Mr. Latish who is very polite and prompt and understanding. I told him that I would like to book Honda Amaze Diesel EMT further made full payment on the 05th Oct`2013. The Booking was given on a condition that the insurance will be done by the customer.

    On the 12th Oct`2013 and up-gradation request was given FROM EMT DTEC to SMT DTEC, as there was no possibility of installing a charging point. And if done from outside it would void electrical warranty as per Honda policy. Hence on the 12th Oct`2013 SMT DTHEC up-gradation request was processed. If you see in the above grid the Ex-showroom cost was already settled in full. What was pending was the Car registration amount in part.

    However today, on the 14th afternoon, Mr. Latish was supposed to mail me the chassis and engine no. which confirms the car was allotted, hence now making the difference in variant payment could be made.
    However to my shock, At 18.16 hrs, Mr.Latish sent me a sms stating that the Ex showroom cost has gone up by 10, 000/-. Nothing such was mentioned in the afternoon and I was assuming the invoicing and chassis no was already allotted.
    When again I spoken to Latish he told me on the phone that he would talk to his team leader and try to extend the same price on EMT as it was earlier invoiced, so that means the amendment request to SMT was not done on the 12th Oct`2013 or was done on the 14th Oct`2013 evening. Later I learnt from latish that SMT request is not invoiced.
    To my awareness I again repeat that on the 5th Oct`2013, the Ex showroom cost has been settled in full. Than on what basis, are you asking for revision in ex showroom cost? The team leader refused to come on the phone.
    Should had M/s Auto Hangar had updated the client request o[censored]p-gradation of car variant from EMT DTHEC to
    SMT DTHEC on the same day, and had invoiced it on Honda website then the price difference would have aroused.
    I would further like you to furnish me with the following information
    1) When was the variant up-gradation request processed?
    2) Why was the chassis No. and engine no. of the car not mailed on the 14th Oct as per the conversation?
    3) And on what basis you are demanding Rs. 10, 000/- as an ex show room price revision when the price is already paid and it is an up-gradation of the variant.
    4) In-case o[censored]p-gradation or up sale of model Honda should not be charging revision in price

    The above re-vision is not acceptable. Please find the solution by escalating it to Honda Car India if required.

      i had purchase honda stunner green black two months before in end of july month. after first service its hand brake side lever color fades, battery does not work properly, tail lamp bulb damage, gear shifting problem.and the worst problem is stopping of bike after getting jerk. these problems are til now my bike is suffering from after getting second service. average also goes down. nothing improved after second service.

        I am Norman Jaggers owning a Hyundai IX35 2lt 2011 bought from Hyundai Stellenbosch . I took my vehicle in for its first minor service and signed the necessary documents for the service and not for the inspection of the vehicle and asked them to take my vehicle for the fitment of the tow bar and smash and grab and left the vehicle with them. The afternoon I called them informing them that I’m running late and will only be able to collect the vehicle after 17:00 hrs. which they still have people in their shop at that time fortunately . I went to collect it but it was dark already and I just collected the keys upon seeing that the smash and grab tow bar is fitted I did not bother to check any further as I could not see anything anyway but the following morning when getting into the vehicle I noticed that my side mirror was damaged and that’s when started checking the vehicle and noticed both mirrors and my left door and fender is damaged and my right fender also . I took the vehicle back to the workshop / dealer immediately and denied responsibility they rather sent me to regent to claim from them and because damages were greater than R2000.00 they refused to assist and I was then sent from pillar to post but my vehicle has never been repaired the dealer is rather rude and arrogant .

        I have all relevant correspondence and documentation which I will e-mail upon request Deon . I would really appreciate if you could assist me with this issue because the damages are not more than R10, 000.00 . I WANT THEM TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE POINT.

            I Pratikbhai Hirenbhai Makwna Residence Veraval, Dist Junagadh had purchased Karizma ZMRMMC on dated 24/10/2011.I used it happily for only 6 month. After that regularly I found problems like Starting problem, battery problem, Engine problem etc. I had spent more than 15000 to repair it. Your Authorised dealer M/s Jagadish Automobile is not giving response. Since Last 15 days I put my bike for repairing. Now they saying there is problem in fuel motor and it will cost about 12000/ How advisable to spent 27000 with in two year to repair bike..?What is guaranty and warranty.? why Hero Honda is not asking to your Authorised Dealer..? Why buyer should spent too much money on new vehicle...? Please reply me soon..to proceed me forward...

              Dear Honda Management,

              Good Evening,

              I am one of the patrons of Honda, who admires the research and analysis capabilities of Honda as an organization and usage of this by the organization to provide customer with complete satisfaction .

              Recently driven by my this feeling i planned to Buy Honda Activa for my wife, so that she can easily commute within city.

              I along with my wife went to Nearest Honda Activa Showroom to get this new amazing machine, But to our surprise the salesman present at your Dealer Location (Joshi Honda, Panchkula, Haryana) informed us that they have 1 month of waiting for this scooter and i will have to wait for next one month to get it.

              This was really heartbreaking, because i didn't expected a company like Honda to have such a small production facility in country, which is one of the largest market of 2 Wheeler's, that it’s not able to cater customer demand .

              That meant that My Fancy and Lack of Infrastructure with Honda was going to make me wait for another 1 Month to get my dream scooter and will indirectly hit the sales of Honda Activa, as people who can’t wait so long for scooter will move to other manufacturers who are able to deliver it right at the time you reach Showroom and pay them.

              To add more to pain, my loyalty to Honda made me suffer more. My Fancy for Honda made me book Honda Activa with Dealer. So after booking my scooter and waiting for 1 Month, i went back again to Honda Distributor to get my scooter, but now they started saying that they have 2 and half months of waiting time and i will have to wait more my Scooter, even though they have lot of Honda Activa stock piled in their showroom

              I don’t understand how this is possible for a company which calls it largest 2 wheeler manufacturer to behave in such an immature manner.

              Organization has Punch Line as “Sapne Chalen On and On”, But if you don’t deliver me My Activa, how will my dreams get fulfilled and your punch Tagline will get defeated .

              I Request Higher Management’s intervention in this to get me My Scooter in time for my benefit and look into potential customer’s interest to make the sales of company boost and to sustain brand value of company .

                : Rohit Sindhi owner of amaze SMT model in diesel DL-4CAN-9033 had bought This car on 25 JULY 2013 RING ROAD HONDA, NEW ROHTAK ROAD NEW DELHI -110041 AT 25 JULY 2013. On 22Aug 2013 i.e before completing 1 month at Gt karnal Road due to rain it got some problm n suddenly his car stoped n its not starting..I was in the middle of the road with family and was nervous now what to do. I called in Emergency number and they towed my car to courtesy honda. After getting it checked at honda workshop m/s courtesy honda (wazirpur) New Delhi they said there is a problem in engine because of presence of water in engine ... . How can the WATER got into the engine WHILE driving the car in rain and NOT ON SOME WATER LOGGED ROAD. He have been driving cars since 9 years and in different road conditions and this is the first time to come across such problem. Actually The fault is in the design of the car, the air intake filter is located very close to bottom due to which water can be easily entered in normal rains also.from last one month his car is in workshop and no action has been taken till now..I Suggest everyone not to buy honda amaze if company don't recall their cars . I am from the automobile industry and i know that if a car is driven under normal conditions ( Including rains) you have to repair car under warranty and your workshops cannot deny warrenty claim just to make money that to 2 LAKHS...                 Well I feel since HONDA is responding with any favorable answer we all must join and file a PIL against HONDA. Will they do the same nonsense in Japan or USA?
                If we need to contribute for court case let us do it.

                  I had a booking of activa honda white colour from beeaar honda showroom by CSD canteen rates on 25june 201 3, it was clearly mentioned on the booking slip that i will get the scooty on 25th of september through beear honda Shahnajaf Rd, Hazratganj. but the manager there is not giving me my vechicle .                     I have bought brand new activa(white) as dated: 20/04/2013 From mansi Honda(mansi motors) ankleshwar .Gujarat.

                    after 30 days I give my activa to service center. They asked me for change the engine oil so, I paid for it. But after first free service, my activated is jumping little bit, but after 20 days its jumping as hard to handle, is vibrating, So in second free service I mentioned this to honda service center, to check-out what's the issue indeed.

                    After  checking it they told me that its tyre related issue. as per as tyre's menufecturer is TVS LTD. Service center said me that they can't help me anymore den giving me a letter in which service center mentiond as per as follow::

                    As per customer complain of jumping. After observation we found both tyre jumping in rough road so please take positive action at your end.

                    So,   as honda service center mentiond I reached to a A.U. cycle center(TVS LTD.) for further assist. In Bharuch city

                    But, unfortunately after testing TVS LTD. Refused to do anything. They Told that on tyre there is not any kind of visible damage. So can't help me at all. But i request them to check what is d issue indeed.
                    So they agree and performed a test and told me that its a problem in activa's rim  which is obliing, so inform it to service center.

                    So I called back at honda service center and HV talked with honda service center's manager who named. As Mr. Nimesh modi on his cell no. [protected] and  inform him the issue. And ask for change the rim as well as its under warrenty.

                    But, unexpectedly he refused my request and even before i finishd my sentence he told me that its none of our fault, we can't do any favour to change it.you must have to change it as per as paid basis only.

                    Let me know who's responsibility to change the rim???
                    Even "Honda" is largest MNC, I can't understand how their associate partners behave like a local one.. Even they are in fault

                      Today afternoon i visit Honda Egypt, to watch Honda Motorcycle, once i entered the showroom i found a beautiful bike and i set on it. Suddenly the sales man came to me and shout me and said " you are not allowed to set or touch the bike, you have to talk with me first and i will see if you are serious buyer or not, then i decided to touch it or set on it” I surprised and left the show room immediately. If Honda treats their potential customers like this way, then I think in less than one year Honda will lose everything in Egypt market. I decided to send this complain to see what is the reaction from Honda worldwide.

                        I purchase a scooter Aviator on dt.23/05/2013 from Satya honda. TYC agra. A new HET engine average 60/km is claim by your company but that cooter gives an of 30-35/ km. I complaint my dealer but no positive reply given to me. they says it is an scooter and it gives only of 30-35 / km. but company claim 60/km.It is an direct cheating with consumer.                               I have recently on e month back purchased one month back one Honda Motor`s bike Yuva from SMOOTH MOTORS Daryagan Ne Delhi ..From the date of purchase it is giving trouble.There is no proper Qaulity control system in company. Honda is simply encashing its Honda goodwill nothing else. Perhaps company do not how to manufacture two wheelers in the market. The consumers like me is being harrassed and there is nobody to listen.
                              When I complaint about the bike, the showroom people advised me to go to service centre. The service centre people simply charges 280 and nothing done I am running behind company showroom and service centre. Simply washed the bike, no problem short out. No engine oil changed no service done...I
                              I advise to the youth do not buy Honda bike in your life, Best buy Hero I have utilised since last 10-12 years uninterrupted trouble free...

                                Gentlemen;

                                Relative to the above subject, I have booked one STUNNER (RED COLOUR) motorcycle with M/S. C.R. Scooters, Race Course Circle, Vadodara on 26.08.2013. It was promised by the dealer that the delivery will be done within 15 days of the booking date. I have been visiting the dealer on regularly, but they are not in a position to give any answer. Before few days I had made a complaint online to customer care honda, but they have also not taken any action.
                                We had booked this motor cycle assuming Honda a good company, good service and prompt reply (Support), but I am very sorry to tell you that Honda has failed.
                                Now I would like to know, whether Honda will deliver me the said motor cycle or not? and when?
                                Please let me know if you have stopped manufacturing the said motorcycle?
                                This is my second reminder, you are requested to resolve the problem immediately and send me the reply on [protected]@gmail.com.

                                Gentlemen; Relative to the above subject, I have booked one STUNNER (RED COLOUR) motorcycle with M/S. C.R. Scooters, Race Course Circle, Vadodara on 26.08.2013. It was promised by the dealer that the delivery will be done within 15 days of the booking date. I have been visiting the dealer on regularly, but they are not in a position to give any answer. Before few days I had made a complaint online to customer care honda, but they have also not taken any action. We had booked this motor cycle assuming Honda a good company, good service and prompt reply (Support), but I am very sorry to tell you that Honda has failed. Now I would like to know, whether Honda will deliver me the said motor cycle or not? and when? Please let me know if you have stopped manufacturing the said motorcycle?                                   i have got accident with my bike glamour fi in chandauli on 15 july and given bike for repaire to chandale automobiles in chandauli .they have given me a bike in complete on 20 aug & when i am going to u.s.agrawal in varanasi for fule pump that it is in warrenty you should change it he has taken a money for changing it.so sir i requist you to solve my problem.

                                    Resp Sir, I had purchase Honda Deo from Tajshree autowheels pvt ltd Deo nagar nagpur vide invoice no 111wo7306 dtd 17/06/2011. The detail of vehical given below. Make-HMSI, Model-SCV100FA, Frame No-ME4JF118BB8094264, Engine No-JF11E4094302, Reg No-MH40U9353 Vehical have been carried out routine servies on 17/03/2011, 17/06/2011, 08/10/2011, 21/12/2011 at Tajshree autowheels pvt ltd Deo nagar nagpur during third service there was problem in engine and they have done some correction some what problem was reduce and they told us that engine sound problem will be minimise. But now the sound problem of engine is more than previous and stopped suddenly, when shown to Tajshree autowheels pvt ltd Deo nagar nagpur they told us that engine will be repaired on chargeble basis. Sir as per extended warrentee reg no HMSN 360041 dtd 28/02/2011 extended warrenty expires on 20/02/2016. In veiw of above facts, i am kindly requested to advice dealer to replce the engine free of cost as vehical is under extended warrenty period.                                       It is to inform that my digital mile meter trip button is broken due to low quality and meter is also faulty as due to some reason automatically trip meter reads zero during the trip.

                                      The above stated been informed in the showroom service and they are not able to solve and replace the trip button as it is not available in the area where I purchased my vehicle.

                                      As I have stated attached scanned copy of vehicle ownership record, extended warranty detail and also a picture of present trip button and mile meter. And need kind attention and reply regarding my query.

                                        sir, i pratik kr. giri ,i owning a hero honda street smart red colour motor byke..i can not found its all front fiber show in west bengal so sir i[censored] kindly give the address where i get it other oize it can be sold by cut many picess... company can not give this red colour hero honda street smart parts and fiber show(mart gurd,front show ,excel etc.) plese taka action imidiate..
