Honda — Deo- Problem of quick start
Hi,I want to make a complaint regarding Deo vehicle. I will strongly suggest the people not to purchase Deo as it creats many problems after a year. I bought Deo in Feb 2007. I was very happy that I got a vehicle which starts by just pressing one button. Every two wheeler gives this facility.
After 7 months in a winter I started facing the problem of quick start. I always had to lift the Deo on a middle stand and do the kick start. I used to take help of my dad. It is actually very difficult for women to lift the deo on middle stand as it is very heavy compare to other ladies two wheelers.
My brother tought me how to do the kick start and at beginning it was difficult for me. My brother told me that the kick will get lighter after keep on using. It is being 10 months I still face the problem of kicks. I have to do kicks many times to start. But, My main complaint is, it gives the problem in quick start in just 1 year. I also charged the battery many times and did the complaint to the service centre. They are telling me that I have to do kick start first time in day but still even if I donot use the Deo for 1hr, I have to start with kicks.
In my knowledge there is no other two wheeler which gives this kind of problem. I am also using Bajaj Wave since three years but never had to do the kick start even if the motor gets cool. Now I have really got fed up with this and do not want to do a single kick start.
You will not believe that I have heard this problem from other people also in a service centre. Please I want to return this bike to Honda and want my money back atleast 60% of the original price. I request you to take the action against this issue. Please call me on below number.
