NEW PURCHASE HONDA AVIATOR .
Less Mileage and Self starter problem and more

This is to bring to your Kind notice about the problems regading My HONDA AVIATOR.i purchased the AVIATOR scooter from dealer krishna automobiles ludhiana.aviator black on 17/07/2009 vide recipt no: pr00896.by cheque.i purchased this vehicle for my wife.
Just a month after delivery of the vehicle, my life became more problematic. It got stopped in middle of traffic due to self start problem.after first service i face these types of problems.
scooter starts only by applying choke.No matter if i try to re start after 30 minutes.
2)Max mileage it gives was just 32.(even on long drive with out any traffic).
3)When i apply brake during idling the engine sound was different.tik tik tik
my wife went to drop my kid to school.but on road aviator stops automatically .self start was not working.kik function was not working.my wife and kid suffer from that.scooter all functions was totally stopped.my wife inform me for this problem.i immidiatly inform to company .but nobody reach on spot on that time.it was very difficult for me to manage it.i continue to inform the krishna honda company manager or service executive many times after that one executive from service centre krishna visit to my home and checked all problems.after 1 hour he change one part that was self start box type i dont know exactly.it was just like switch type small box.he transfer this fuction box from his old aviator.then my scooter starts.i already many times calls to krishna for less miliage and starting problem.but no body bother .it is new and only 350 kms run. i request to honda manager ludhiana to change aviator and give me the new one another product.i only buy this product on the name and fame of honda company.but i dont know customer service is poor and this aviator is older than new i feel.if the new honda aviator giving the problems then i dont use it for infuture problems .so i again request to you give me my money back or exchange with honda activa.please response me soon.this scooter on the name of my firm shine tour and travels. engine no: JF21E0143730.INVOICE NO: 09IN00652.PURCHASE DATE:17/07/2009.

HONDA AVIATOR — Starter switch problem

I Sri Lal Mohan Paul of 13/1, s.B.Ghosh Road, Barrackpore, Kol-700123 have purchase one AVIATOR(SCV110GA) VIDE FRAME NO.ME4JF214BA8003637, ENGG. NO. JF21E9035695 FROM M/S VIKAS MOTOR CO VIDE INVOICE NO, 09IN03833 THROUGH A SUB-DEALER NAMELY M/S. BANIK MOTOR, ICHAPUR, 24-PARGANAS(N), ON 17.03.2010.

MY COMPLAIN IS THAT FIRSTLY THEY DID NOT SUPPLY ALL THE COMPANY FITTING AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND THE STARTER SWITCH IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ANYWAY. AND THEY MIS-BEHAVING ALLOUT.

SO, PLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS AT YOUR EARLIEST.

    I had purchased Honda City Exi from Deccan Honda, Aurangabad. After about 6-7 months,
    when I was proceeding to Pune from Aurangabad one of the tyre got punctured. When I saw
    and shown to the Mechanic nearby he told me that side wall of tyre got damaged extensively and it is due to manufacturing defective. On arrival from my trip I immediately contacted to Deccan Honda service station at Aurangabad, who initially flately refused to see saying that it cannot be a manufacturing defect and thenafter he said Honda Company had nothing to do with it as it is tyre Co. who is responsible. When I said to them that I had no concern with Tyre Co. as tyre was provided by Honda and on my insistance oftenly, ultimately Service Centre sent tyre to MRF Co. for inspection aND it returned back with a cyclostyled reply that it is not a Mfg. defect and it is your defective use. Thenafter I again contacted to Honda Cars Seil Co Ltd. on web site. But unfortunately no response is given except MRF Co's representative sent me a mail asking my appointment for inspection of tyre as he was at that time visiting Nasik. I had given appointment but nobody came. This had happened priot to 4 months. Thenafter I had contacted time and again to Deccan Honda Service Station but no fruitful reply, not even acknowledgement of my complaint.

    Because of this I have to put tube in tubeless tyre and get it worked.

    Kindly investigate the matter and do needful in the matter.

      yes there seems to be a problem with the service center personals, they told me that the disk is faulty in my unicorn, and it needed to be changed, i said ok, they changed it, then after another year they say its faulty again and needed to be changed. I refused the change, now its been good for 4 years. some how or the other they want to cheat people but I'm not sure if someone else will not do it to them in somother way. May god bless the cheats

        I gave my scooter, Hero Honda pleasure, for repair at Millenium Motors, Bangalore. My scooter number is KA51 R 9709. I gave this on 25/7/2009. Job card number is 2676. A few plastic parts were to be replaced. Now it is more than 1 month has passed. The service center has not replaced the parts. They also sent me a SMS that scooter has been repaired. When I reached the service center, the parts were not replaced. I have to go back again. There is very poor response from the service center. There is no one who can give a satisfactory answer as when the scooter will be delivered. I only have to search and call the people there. When contacted, they say that parts are not available even with Hero Honda.
        Has Hero Honda stopped the production?
        How can it be possible that parts are not available when hero honda is producing and selling millions of bikes?
        Is this the kind of service we expect from a company like Hero Honda?
        As a customer, I am really tired now and do not know what to do. Without scooter, we are facing a lot of problems. My wife has to use auto every day and it is costing a lot
        I am now seriously thinking of registering a complaint with consumer court

        Hero Honda — delivery date

        Hi

        I went to a Hero Honda dealer in Pondi cherry & was looking for the Splendor+.

        To my surprise& shock I was told, it would take minimum 60 days for delivery.
        I enquired if its with splendor + alone , but it seems for any model like passion plus etc same case ( except for the premium section like cbz) .

        But when I checked with nearby town they say it will be delivered the next day.

        How is it possible for a dealer in TN to deliver the next day & it takes 60 days for a dealer in Pondicherry?

        The dealer in Pondy always says that we have not received sufficient quantity for delivery.

        When there's so much demand, whether Hero Honda is sleeping w/o supplying the vehicles??

        I also hear of rumors that the Dealers in Pondy take the amount & rotate the amount collected for couple of months & then finally deliver the vehicles ( thats 2 months they enjoy the amount w/o interest).

        Is this true ?

        Can someone from Hero Honda respond or at least provide me the contacts of sales folks in South region
        Hi,

        I have owned a unicorn premium before 1year .I am residing at kerala, TVM. I have owned it from the marikkar showroom(statue). I am not all satisfied with their free service and paid service i think not only me but some other customers also are in same feel. Actually i dont know what are they doing in the name of service(both free and paid service) . They are always irritating the customers like me and degrading trust of honda. They notes complaints in the morning on the service day and simply giving back in the evening with out clearing the complaints properly .I have a serious doubt about their oil change aslo, iam not sure about it.they are doing some thing fishy.

        I purchased hero honda pleasure on 19th July, 2008 in Virudhunagar, Tamilnadu. And I have the same starting problem since I purchased it. Self start is not working within 15 days from the date of purchase. We have to start by kick starter. Kick start is also not working sometimes for long time even in summer time. Ladies feel very much discomfortable when it gets stuck in the middle. When I took it to service station, Everytime they told different stories. They did not identify the actual problem for 1 year. Actually it has 2 years warrenty as per the owner's manual. They didn't give us the Battery warrenty card. Finally after 1 year they told problem is with battery and it is discharging immediately. Battery has 1 year warrenty only which was not informed to us. We thought everything has 2 years warrenty as per owner's manual. But in service statition, they told batter has only one year warrenty and now it expired so we need to buy new battery and they can't do anything for this. Finally I paid for battery for their mistakes and got warrenty card. The people in Hero Honda never tries to think about the customers. VERY VERY WORST SERVICE.

        When my relatives bought vehicle with low cost from other vendors and it is still working properly, I am really frustrated with the HERO HONDA PLEASURE vehicle and the service provided by them.

        If anybody has idea to buy this vehichle, think twice before you buy.
        i want metre of my scooty HERO HONDA PLEASURE its being a month that iam nt getting its metre...wat hell ...the company is very big bt parts of scootys r nt available...
        very bad...nd plz mail me if any1 knw frm where i will get its metre...
        the same case is in Pune (MS). the dealers take over a half amount of the product and keep us waiting for at least 40 days. When i asked if I get any ref no. or my booking status, I was denied. These dealers must be using our money for some other use. :(

        i am booking the hero honda pleasure (black colour)at Jan 30 At varalakshmi hero pvt ltd and they will said delivery in 45 days but today i am approaching the showroom but they were said there is no stock and require one month extra time . so please take my request and do the process fast for getting the vehicle because i need a vehicle urgent

But i am not satisfy with this bike performance and the services by the Dealer, My Bike Engine failed in 7 months after running 8000 KMs now the Engine is gone for repair, let see the performance. But i am not satisfy with this bike performance and the services by the Dealer, My Bike Engine failed in 11 months after running 16000KMs now the Engine is gone for repair, let see the performance. But i will not suggest any body to buy Honda Products. if you will not able to repair my bike ( Engine Problem ) whith out any charge in warranty period. Then it will happen that i will go in Cosumar Court. Waiting for your best reply.

            i had bought hero honda cbz xtreme from JCT motors trivandrum kerala on february 2009. after 2 months of purchase i had problem shifting the gear especially to the 2nd gear. while slowing down the bike and shifting to the lower gears it doesnt fall correctly gear slips most of the time.
            another problem is that there is oil leak and some sound comes from the front of the bike like striking two coins while riding in the 1st and 2nd gear
            the showroom guy had told me that i would get a minimum mileage of 45kms but im getting only about 30
            the bike has completed 1300kms and 2 free services .each time i told them about the problems and they said that they had fixed it but to my disappoinment none of the problem has been rectified
            hope that hero honda will do the needful

            i have a karizma r series 4m last i year nd im having a pblm of oil leakage through da carburetor 4m last 2 months i went 2 da servce centre everytime dey said they ve fixed da pblm bt its not done so pls pls help me

              Hi

              I am not getting a proper response from any Hero Honda Showroom, So i am writting here. Please consider my probles.
              I had purchased a HEROHONDA PASSION PLUS Bike on[protected] at SHREYAS AUTOMOBILES, DOMLUR By paying Full CASH. I had purchsed HEROHONDA bike only because of Mileage. In the begining it was giving me 30KM/L, I asked to showroom peroples they told me that, Its a new engine it has to run for atleaste 5000KMS. Ist, 2nd & 3rd Service completed and for 4th service i went to TARUN MOTORS, Ramurthy nagar because it was near to my office, They told me to go HERO HONDA SHOWROOM at Koramngala intermidate ring road. I went their for 6th service and i met The manager and i explained the problems. After 2 Days and they took me for test riding with 100ML petrol it went about 7KMS and they told me that now onwards your bike will give atleast 60KM/L.
              I put petrol and tested it was giving 45 to 50KM/L at the starting but now its came to the same 35KM/L stage. Now i dont understand why? i gone for HERO HONDA, I am struggling too much with these problems, Please help ME to get a new bike... Please...

              PASSION PLUS — Non receipt of Gifts

              I have acquired 2893 points on 03.01.2009 but till now i have not received any gift . Several times I have asked my dealer for my gift but they tell that stock has not come and will give only after it comes.How can I get my gifts?

              Hero Honda Passion Plus — New Bike giving problem

              I had purchased new Hero Honda Passion Plus on 30th September 2009. From the date of purchase the bike is giving the problem & the dealer is not helping me I am very fedup of the services they are providing please help me out & tell what to to know I feel they had cheated me
              DUDE U HAD TO SAY THE PROBLEM GIVEN BY UR BIKE... AFTER THAT SOMEBODY CAN HELP U///
              it was giving me 48km/L it is very poor ...
              I have purchased new passion plus but it has very poor response at cold starting after giving a choke.
              Yaa may be what u had observed... but there is atleast mileage of 55-65kmpl. just try again and get clarified.

              I understand your problem fully n now i want you to understand something regarding to improve your bike's mileage firstly in morning specially in winter whenever u start your bike you should use choke and after 10-20 minutes please remember to put off the choke, don't use clutch frequently, avoid shifting of gear in up n down during riding your bike because this will definitely let your bike's mileage down.
              One and the MOST IMPORTANT THING you have not written here that what's your avg speed of riding because 30-50 is the economy speed under which your bike will give 60 km/l...don't drive rashly n always change the engine oil in every 2500 kms of good n recomended brand..keep you bike clean n dust free
              I hope my points will help you a lot to bring your bike's mileage good...

              i purchased a new hero honda passion plus bike dated 30oct09, since the date of purchase i am facing the problem of missing & pickup. i have visited different athorised service centre in delhi more than 6 times, job cards detail are as follows: 22856 dated 15.12 9 job no 54635 dated 27 12 09 & 6330 dated 22 01 2010 besides many other complants which i am not mentioning here.

              please take neccessory action as soon as possible.

              I bought hero honda passion plus only for milage and resale value. But unfortunately i get only 47km/lit, even though i maintain and service the bike regularly. Before 3rd service i got 65-71km/lit. But after 3rd service milage of my bike is very poor.

              Hero Honda — for low pick up problem in engine

              i had just bought a new CBZ Xtreme. but after 7 days when i ride, i found some fault in it. firstly pick up problem and start up problem. so i want to replace the bike.plz solve it as soon as possible.
              in earlier days of purchasing, my passion plus gave me the average around of 35 km./l..and after 2 years in now days it gives average in between 45 km/l to 50 km/l..and it is also too less..i thought, one have to preffer pulsur-150 rather than passion plus if he buys the bike considering a milage criteria..
              The mileage of passion is really less. Comp claim of 70 but practically it is between 45 to 55 . No use to purchase the bike i[censored] r looking for mileage.
              I also have a passion pro bike. I get it serviced without fail after every two months whatever Km I may have traveled (its usually low, 20 Km per day types).However, I must say that the average of Passion Pro is pathetic and the service centres don't help you with that. I am now feeling cheated after all advertisements that I saw which encouraged me to get this bike. Its better to get Pulsar 150 because its gives same mileage plus the pick up is really good which is virtually absent in Passion Pro. The service centres are pathetic and you are treated like an over there.Everytime you go there they make it sure that your bills exceeds normal service charge. I get my bike serviced in Munirka authorised hero honda service centre.
              i am using a2008 model passion plus.itz good driving experiance, but i don't have good milage why?
              I also having the passion plus bike, its good to ride with both slow and speed also, I like this bike bcz its controlling is very well for me in any speed, this doesn't have any problem, and also its pickup is good . i always drive within 50 kmps and the mileage is 60-65 p/l. when i drive in 35-40 sometimes that time mileage is 80-83 p/l.

                I have purchase an Activa(SCV110) of W PURPLE colour vide invoice no.09IN00066 dt.20.04.2009 through your Dealer M/S MODERN MOTERS Abohar-Punjab..Due to accident on 11.08.2009 I take cashless insurance claim through your dealer but there is a mismatch of colour with origional colour on parts replaced by your dealer and your dealer did not pay any heed on my complaint again and again. kindly look into the matter and do the needful to solve this problem at your end.

                  I've bought Honda Unicorn thru JSP Honda delaer located in Perambur, Chennai on 24th July 2008. Im facing lot of mental tension from the day when i bought this Honda Unicorn. The bike is wobbling like anything i cudn't ride the bike peacefully. I have been to JSP honda service center for more than 20 times for this issue but still they cudnt resolve this issue. They even changed my front tyre but still the problem persists. Now the service person is trying to convince me that there is no problem in the bike. Worst service i have ever seen in my life.

                  yes sometimes on some road it just goes like snake... i also face the same problem... but yes i havent yet explained it to the service centre... my bro also experienced the same thing... by the way did u get any solution if yes please tell me...
                  every thing is nice about unicorn but this wobbling is something fishy... never ever experienced it in any other bike before
                  I am also facing same kind of problem. it wobbling to much. i cant ride it confidently. i brought it to many service centre but no solution. service centre mechanic do not have clear idea. i am very much disappointed with this wobbling issue.

                    I bought a brand new Hero Honda CBZ Extreme from Sri Sri Sri Automobiles @ Warangal, Andhra Pradesh.
                    I can say it is the worst automobile showroom in the state where the people working there are completely lacking of communication skills and behavior. They make deals outside the showroom when a new customer enters into the showroom. I never had such a bad experience. There is nobody to lodge a complaint on these guys. Despite, it all looks like the manager itself must be encouraging these guys to do all these illegal activities. This has to be brought up to the sight of Hero Honda Head quarters.
                    All the hero honda vehicles are guaranteed for first 6 free services. But these guys here make money out of these free services too. They just grab all the petrol from the vehicle and give that back to the owner. This indicates that they are real fools and not the mechanics. Hero Honda should take action on these guys and go accordingly with their response.
                    Hope to see a change from Hero Honda.

                        I purchased HONDA SHINE bike 3 months back then the bad days started for me it is a routine job for me to visit the service centre, what ever may be the complaint the answer from the service centre people will be ... the concerned person is not there come tomorrow (or) it will be like that dont worry it wont harm you.worst ever experience with the service centre people.

                        My sincere advice to all who want to buy HONDA 2 Wheelers... Dont buy the bike's to make your life miserable

Later on, I paid Rs. 45, 000/- on 24th Dec, and they promised to deliver on 9th Jan. This is now more than a month after I have fully paid for the scooter and still no ETA. Can someone help to get this fix.

                            Activa is good looking but it is not durable its milege is only 33km/h its maintanance is very costly it get finished in just 3 years ,its tufpuf tube is not available in honda shop its self starting is very problematic.

                              Myself Mr. Pravin R. Kharat. I ve purchased Honda Unicorn on the date 06/08/2009.(Reg. No. MH-02-BN-4211, ) by the Om Sai Dealer Mahim.
                              At the time of first servicing, I told some of the problems such as:
                              a)Horn & break light cant work together Or horn & indicator. i.e. any two apll. Cant work together that means there is some problem in the Battery.
                              b)At start bike not ride properly i.e petrol supply not get proper up to 1 to 1.5 KM. consequently bike does not give me the pick up ( even 100 cc bikes pick up is good than this bike. I m not talking about all the uncorn, specially mine. Because I ve personally recommend this bike to my 3 friends & performance of their bike is just outstandig (good pick up)
                              c)Logo (Monograms) loosen. ( I like the steel monogram – this is the one of the reason I purchase unicorn)

                              Even I instruct to servicing men’s no of times regarding above said problems. They haven’t attended the same.
                              Only washing & change the oil. ( Even washing was just like sprinkling the water)

Actually the things is that, i went to main dealer of BHIWANDI SAI POINT, they told me you will have to book in the advance because they have 3 months waiting. i said ok, and than i went to another shop which is no dealer but only seller ( OM SAI) they told me they are selling the bikes of the SAI POINT at on the spot value is Rs.56, 000/- cash value . Now you tell me this is right or wrong, the SAI POINT DELEAR is selling them but not us and than they increase the value for the same.

                                I have booked my new activa on 15.11.2009 & dealer told me waitting for the allotment. on 10th of feb 2010 i got call for the whole payment of new activa. we take loan of bank and give them banker check of the new activa on road price on 25th feb 2010 . but he didn't give us our delivery of activa due to no stike and told that you would collect activa after 2 -3 days or within week but they call us on 12th march 210 and asked for extra ammount of 830Rs. for the tax . we have paid it and get delivery .they told that due to budget this tax on us (coustmor).
                                -we paid whole ammount on 25th 47,476/ Rs. and
                                -tax declair on 28 th feb .
                                -got delivery on 12 march
                                -wihout assesary we paid total 48,306/ Rs.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am Yogesh Sood a married guy of 30 years living in a joint family and fortunately happens to be one of the satisfied customer to Honda Activa since last two years. I have booked a Avtiva scooter yesterday by the name of Mr Rakesh Kumar ( [protected]). I am just sharing a expience with one of your dealer by the name of PICK UP HONDA at Faridabad where i found the two wheeler getting sold on Black literally.

                                I had booked a Activa two wheeler two days back with a booking amount as asked. I was asked whether i could pay 100 % down payment and I agreed if the sccoter could be handover by today. The person dealing with us named Mr Ashraf ( [protected]) said he will confirm by evening if the scooter is ready for handover. When i followed that evening for the said availability of scooter , i asked to call next morning and at the end of my daily follow ups today i got a reply that i need to purchase acessoeries of around Rs 3000/- in order to get the delivery today other wise there is no option other than to wait for 15 days.

                                In this whole dealing i just want to know whether it is company policy to sell scooter only with acessories or it is the dealers way to snatch some extra bucks from customer?????????

                                In other words what i understood out of this dealing is it is just a another way of black selling of product.

                                I respect & go by the brand name, image of honda in market but at the same time it is a company responsibility to have a check on dealers malfunctioning and mis communication.

                                I appreciate if the company have got customer care to look after and react.

                                i have activa scooter bearing registration no. PB-10-CQ-0558 purchased from M/S Sarvpriya Honda, ferozepur road, Ludhiana on 05.08.2010.

                                i have already complaint. But no action have been taken. The average service of the paid/AMC/Free service is being done by the above said firm daily between 100-150. The firm has not so much space and manpower and infrastructure to maintain the service to the scooters and motorcycles. A separate workshop or independent service station is required to give the service to the customers. My activa last time was only washing no service.

                                worst service of honda activa spare parts stores,its been ages that am searching for honda activa bore piston ,but evrytime i get the response that no stock availability....this is really very bad service from all showrooms in hyderabad...
                                The same problem I'm facing in bangalore its already 5 months still the so called authorised sales & service says no stock not able use the vehicle because bad supply this the problem with imported goods.

                                  If I tak About Service ... Its Horrible . The People in The work shop will Only Change The Engine Oil and will Make excuses forb the rest.
                                  I was Complaining For the Missing Problem in my Mobike For the last two services, Actually Whenever the Bike is in between 80 and 90 KMPH The engine Stopps for a while. Its A recurring Problem. I explained it to your So called Engineers at PIoneer Service Centre An abul Fazal .The Engineer whose name Was SAjid Ali Told me that it will not Happen again he Changed the Adaptor fo the Spark Plug. But The Problem was Constant. Than on the second Service ASlam the other ENGINEER handled the case, now there was another problem i.e the Pass light was not working as well as the self button was also not working. He was managed to fix the self start Button But he Damged the Head Light Button . The Pass light button is still not working.
                                  The CHAIN GUARDgot Broken i requested the WORK Manager But of no use.
                                  So please tell me what shall i do now. I am not getting any satisfaction after purchasing your Brand . Please Take necessary Action As the Major issue is that The Engine Stop Working for few second At a speer of 80-90 kmph Which is quite dangerous...

                                  Maine Meerut ke Jai kumar Arun Kumar & sons se CBZ Xtreme motor cycle kharidi thi. Jiske Engine mein se awaaz aa rahi hai, mein lagatar har service ke alava 3 baar service center ja chuka hoon, lekin koi bhi meri baat nahin sun raha hai aur na hi koi solution bata pa raha hai. Maine apni bike keval 2500Km chaliyi hai aur main nahin chahta ke iska Engine khule, agar aisi naubat aati hai to mere engine ko replace kiya jaye.

                                    I gave my car for servicing to Capital Honda in Chennai on June 30th, 2009. After a couple of days of driving the car I noticed that the car was not picking up speed in the second gear occasionally. I sent the car back to them for correction but the problem did not happen during the test drive and they claimed that there is no issue with the car.

                                    Since then I have been facing the issue. Earlier it used to be occassional but now it has become consistent. I sent the car back to Capital honda on August 13th for re-inspection. This time the problem did show up in their test drive. I was in for a shock though when the service advisor told me that he needed three days to inspect the vehicle since the problem occurs occassionaly. Only after test driving my vehicle for 3 days, they will be able to tell what the problem is!

                                    I found that to be very suspicious and asked the service advisor to put me in touch with his manager, which he refused to do stating the manager was on leave.

                                    This is not the first time I have received poor service from capital honda. Earlier once, they asked me to change all the tyres of my car (3years old). I did that. After 6 months, when I sent the car for another service, the service advisor again advised me to change all 4 tyres! When I pointed out that all tyres were just 6 months old and Capital Honda themselves had changed them, he mentioned that it was a mistake on his part and the tyres are good!

                                    I think there is a lot going on behind the scenes at Capital Honda. I used to give my car to them because they were prompt in service and arranged for pickup/drop of the vehicle and hence very convenient. However, the current experiences seem to indicate that the actual servicing of the car is poor quality and they dont have competent technical staff to provide the right opinion and fix issues reasonably.

I am informing you that I have complents many times but you did not take any respones. problem is that my bike's suspentions are not working properly.They did not listen my bike problems.                                     I have had issues with Capital Honda. They don't listen. I tell them what needs to be fixed and even write it down on the paperwork. They never get it right. I have asked for them to order a new part at least six times and they have yet to get it right. Then they call me for ask if I was happy with my service. I swear the woman does not understand English. She is so annoying.
                                    I have a serious concern with capital honda chennai. they wont listen what we are telling.they are not polite to customers. they are not bothering about our concern. they want the car to sold. they are pressurizing us to get the car. some people over there really sucks.for the begining till now we didnt receive any good response from them. they are shouting to the customer. really disappointed. in this case we dont feel like getting car with them. so we canceled the car which we book in capital honda.

                                    Capital honda customer service is really worst,
                                    One of the FINE Cheaters u find in this business are capital honda guys... Thy jus push u like anything to buy the car, n when u book tada. thy don take calls, dodge us, .. Worst costomer service, attitude of those guys are really worst... Plz go 4 any other dealers bt not capital honda... They really play games when it comes to handle customer, .

                                      BRAND NEW HONDA CITY PARTS ARE GETTING RUST.


                                      I purchase Honda-city Car on 17 april 2008, but within six month from the date of purchse i found some of the parts are getting rust.
                                      I never think of this kind of image from your side. I contacted your dealer. but took photographs & told us to they will contact their Head Office i.e Hondamotors & will solve the problem. I waited for 3 months. But they did not solved the problem. After so many reminders they solved the problem with repainting the parts.

                                      If required i can sent the photographs of the same once again.

                                      But within 3 months of solving problem, the parts are getting once against rust. This time some more parts are getting rust.

                                        sir actually I had purchased a honda shine on the name of my elder brother (md adil khan) at 06/08/2009 at the time i was very happy that we purchased indias good bike in the group of 125cc bikes. The bike is really very good. Your technology is also good not good but the best. But sir the problem is some service centres in bihar such as bhagalpur, arariya etc. Sir we are not getting such parts which we need in our bike such as shoccer . they told us there is no any guarantee on shoccer for any problem actually my shoccer become very loose and we are feeling jerkings very badly.
