[Resolved] Honda Eterno — bad service of your dealer | |
your dealer V.D. Auto Wheels, Dwarka, Delhi, serves very badly to their customers. I have purchased Eterno scooter from them on 9.4.09 on cash down, but till today they have not given me the R.T.O. receipt and No. I have faced traffic police harrassment on 17.4.09. since then I used three wheeler for my prsonal work throughout Delhi and have spent Rs.650/- as an auto fare. Even today 20.4.09, they replied that they have not sufficient staff to go to authority. Either I will go to court for this miss behavior or go for News agencies for this ill treament of this. when is your next model of 150cc geared scooter be expected next.
the scooter is not working properly since from 6 months. every time we are giving to your service centre for repair but service is not done properly every time they are only collecting the amount and the work is not satisifed till date the engine and gears of the vehicle is not working properly. Here the service people are telling that, you run the scooter it will automatically be ok. so at last i am complaining to you to look into this matter. within 15-20 days if i don't get the replay and the scooter is properly repaired i will go the consumer court and all the national news papers.
