[Resolved]  Honda Motorcycle And Scooter India Ltd — Gap in light and speedometer cover

Dear All
I have purchased Unicorn from Pashankar Honda on 6 April 08
After a month the bike is pending with its 1st servicing I have contacted the service centre 4 times and I am getting new dates for servicing on every call. How can some give different dates to a single person
I called them on 2nd may the service date allotted was 6th (they were transferring there service centre to a new location. I called them on 5th for conformation they have given me a new date 10th.

From last one week I am keeping my in my home and traveling by bus, I think the service centre need to become professional they are just waiting my time
.Another amazing thing they ask me is it a free service or a paid service, when I said its free service there intension where not friendly.


About the bike I am feeling ease of ride the gear is creating noise & vibration
Like anything while I am accelerating and it is more noisy when the bike is moving free or without acceleration .Every thing except this is ok

I bought Unicorn for it its riding comforts and noise free operation. I am noting getting the feel of comfortable riding please if you can do some thing.

Hi iam amar iam having honda shine motor cycle, i have given my vechicle for paid service in fortune motors, ranigunj, secunderabad.andhra pradesh. but i have experienced a bad service from them. i have brake problem from first service.my problem has been not solved till now. please do call me [protected]

Wake up. I bought my unicorn three years back and now the petrol tank ie leaking as it has completely rusted from downside. This is something I never heard happening. I have Hero Honda CD100 which did not have such a problem in past 12 years. Sure after paying 54 thousand rupees, we are getting some junk product from this company. Within 5 years from purchasing, the bike will be completely rusted. If you do not believe, go to www.mouthshut.com and read the reviews. There are people who have the rusted chassis, wheels and other body parts too. And all this happens within 2-3 years. The company refuses to take any action saying it's out of warranty.

The only thing can be done is, we all need to come together and pull the company in consumer court.

we thought that honda is good company dealer net work is good
but our brother brought honda shine fortune motors RanigunJ secunderabad, and also i bought honda shine after by brother bike seeing,

but services what your dealer net work giving is very bad even after 4 servieces done by brother vechicle by fortune motors sec'bad dealer even not open carburartor this is identified when by brother vehicle not started giving trouble even after giving the service to fourtune they did not done

then he given regular Seviceer near by our home herod honda service man which we are giving them last 10years good and genuine person

he checked all surprised told us in engine nuts heavely tighted by fortune motor persons ands also jammed carburator for not opened even 4 service he done at good and given back no running good

if daily 100-200 vechicles serviced by dealer your dealers how a dealer can give good service just think your selves .we had will know the servicing by our regular services minimum one hour time will be taking while we sitting infront of them and seeing all these, even if your people provide only service stations some location it is very useful for your honda customers, if you were not provided good services your customers no one can buy your honda bikes scooter, like herio hond parts available in seleted showrooms your honda availabel it's good and improve you net work else
your business should be limited only

if vehicle is not good we sell and go for other good vehile but your co will loose like plenty of customers

This complaint is regarding refund of excess income tax deducted at source.
I am a salaried person & my taxes are deducted at source.
In 2007 March I bought LIC policy which I have enclosed during filing of returns in 2006-07 assement year in which I am supposed to get back more than Rs 7000 as refund.
Even after one year I have not got neither feed back nor return.
We have beutiful websites from our income tax dept. to check refund status without any use.I tried to so many times using this website & failed.
I recently had a skid from my honda unicorn motorcycle. So next point was to give it for repairing at my service center which is at Mapusa Goa India. Even after repairing which i think was a minor repair I found many defects. The steering wheel was not adjusted. the fork supension was too not adjusted. I complained to them for an around 3 times.They did entertainment me. But Even after that it was not done. So The last option for me was to contact a local mechanic that could fix this for me.
I was very much dissapointed from the company point of view. Honda is known to be the quality concern and this is the quality services what they provide?

Very sorry for Honda, but you let me down.

I am very sorry to inform you about a services center of yours is not running properly with are standards required. They are giving very poor service which left all the customers unsatisfied
when I gave my vehicle for first servicing . I lost my tool kit which was given at the time of its purchase. The worst of all is my vehicle has not been filled with the new engine oil after the old one has taken out. I found the mistake they made only after the vehicle ran on the road for half an hour.
It made me frustrated and desperate. I am sure to say that no customer visiting that servicing center is satisfied.


Hence I request you to either visit the service center to diagnosis the problematic poor service center or take necessary steps to boost the standards. If it is not done final sufferer will be the “ HONDA” company which has good reputation in public. I am very sorry to tell you that if the problem is not solved by you I will go to the consumer forum for justice. This is for your kind information.
