[Resolved] Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (Pvt.) Ltd. — After 8 months, not getting parts | |||
Hi, I have bought Honda Aviator (Black with Disc Brake) on 9th oct, 2010 from Emerald Bikes Pvt. Ltd., Shahibaug, Ahmedabad. At that time, dealer doesn't have one bolt and nut of the right side mirror view. They said me that they will get it fixed within short time. But from that time, i continuously visited dealer's office and asked for that nut and bolt. It's shamefull act for me to ask dealer for that nut and bolt. Even i tried many local shops for that part. But i didn't got it. But still it's shamefull for company as well that they are not interested in better relationship with customer. They are not providing proper sales service to the customer. And even now dealer is not responding properly on that. They clearly told me that you can do whatever i want. Now, my patience is also over. I had also sent one email before one month to honda company also but they also didn't replied till yet. For me, it's not matter of price but company is not interested in better relationship or they are chitters. So finally i have decided to take this step. Let's hope, i will find some solution on this.
