It’s really give us power to raise our voice against Companies who forget their services after selling products.I (Syed Mohd. Shoeb) S/o Er.S.M.Wajih belongs to Bareilly (U.P), I want to lodge a complaint against Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (Pvt.) Ltd. Plot No.1, Sector -3, IMT Manesar, Dist. Gurgaon-122050. The case is more than eight months ago, when I gave first written Complaint to Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (Pvt.) Ltd. On April 28, 2014. In last eight months I got two response from Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (Pvt.) Ltd regarding asking My contact details. It is amazing I wrote five letters on every letter of mine contact details are available. I am not able to understand their intention. On enquiring much from authorized people, they informed verbally because of technical faults in engine company stopped the manufacturing of Eterno scooter. Am requesting you kindly help me out to solve this matter. I know many people are suffering the same issue against company, you are our last hope. It was working properly. Regular services of authorized centre were obtained. While at the time of previous service at SPG Honda service centre, I reported that heavy black smoke is emitting from exhaust pipe (silencer). On checking at authorized service centre informed me that engine needs major overhauling. I was shocked to hear this, that the vehicle has not covered even 22000 kms and its engine needs major overhauling. But as it was told by an authorized person at authorized service centre, I believed it as correct report. As I am having one more vehicle Honda Activa bearing Frame No.ME4JF08 3L88575421 and engine NO. JF08E 5006866 purchased from dealer (UP320001) on 06/12/2008. It has completed nearly 20, 000/- Kms and is still running smoothlywithout any problem. It does not require any major/ minor repairs. In view of above kindly extend your helping hand and get the vehicle exchanged to save me from mental tension and personal safety because of this defective vehicle.
