After 8 months, not getting parts

Hi,
I have bought Honda Aviator (Black with Disc Brake) on 9th oct, 2010 from Emerald Bikes Pvt. Ltd., Shahibaug, Ahmedabad. At that time, dealer doesn't have one bolt and nut of the right side mirror view. They said me that they will get it fixed within short time. But from that time, i continuously visited dealer's office and asked for that nut and bolt.
It's shamefull act for me to ask dealer...
