After 8 months, not getting parts

Hi,
I have bought Honda Aviator (Black with Disc Brake) on 9th oct, 2010 from Emerald Bikes Pvt. Ltd., Shahibaug, Ahmedabad. At that time, dealer doesn't have one bolt and nut of the right side mirror view. They said me that they will get it fixed within short time. But from that time, i continuously visited dealer's office and asked for that nut and bolt.
It's shamefull act for me to ask dealer...

I met up with an accident and have left my bike (on 24th Jan morning by 10 am) in the showroom to repair the bike. It’s been about 16days and until now whenever I go asking about this, the reply is stock hasn't been approved it’s in the back-order.
