[Resolved] Honda Shine — poor customer service | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have bike of company HONDA SHINE Veh Reg. No- JH05AB-9690. I am suffering a problem in my bike ie, FUEL GAUGE METER INDICATOR NOT WORKING and i also complain in my nearest Honda customer service center on 23-may-2010 (MOONKA HONDA, JAMSHEDPUR). but I not satisfy with them. on 07.03.2011 approximately 4.00 PM.
At 7.30 PM on the same day they returned my byke without any service and they asked me to bring another day. It is very unfortunate. I have no word to their ignorance. They dislocated all my programme scheduled. Suitable action is requested. Otherwise matter will go to consumer forum.
