My vehicle has an electrical problem. The headlight is very dull and glows bright when break and horn applied. Sometimes the self starter is also not starting. I told it to the service centre and they say that is not a fault and it is normal. The mechanic name is Mohan and he behaves very rude. Even a lay man knows that this is abnormal. I need a good service centre other than this recommended by Honda.

This is my second vehicle from Honda. I had Unicorn earlier. Initially had problems with the service centre and later I skipped the company service and had the service done by local mechanic and he services the bike a class head than Honda authorized service centre.

The vehicles from Honda is really good but the service in not good. As this is my second experience I advice no none to but Honda unless U have good service providers.

    Dear Honda,
    It has been the most horrible, extremely unprofessional and pathetic experience with Honda this time.

    If a company as big and professional as Honda is unable to serve the customers due to a strike and has no strategy dealing with the chaotic and terrible situation of putting the customers in dark,then it is time for the Top management to seriously think about the Management Leaders who are responsible for the mess.

    Today, the waiting period for Activa has gone upto 10 months ( shocking ! ) with the authorised dealers. and a guy just a small distance from the Authorised dealers can give you the Activa within 48 hours on payment of extra black money.

    Shocking to know that the company has no control on the black-marketing going on and making crores of rupees in the late delivery of Activa !

    It seems Honda company has not bothered to control and has turned blind eyes to the black marketing of the Activa !

    The Authorised dealers are the eyes and ears of the company but here it seems they have not intimated the company about the black marketing which is going on or maybe they have some hidden interests and they do not want to inform the company of the corruption and the illegal dealings going on ! !

    so, I am writing here so as the company will read and notice the illegal activities and the corrupt persons involved in the said business.

    I think Company officials are also involved in this curruption. Otherwise they could have taken steps to stop the curruption.
    it is absolutely true that dealers are making black money by delaying delivery of waiting customers. it is not possible unless honda company is involve in it. Let us go to High court and file a writ for CBI inquiry of such malpractice played by these people.

      I had registered for Active for 3 members of my family on[protected] I went to inquire on[protected] but still I was informed to wait for 6 to 8 months. I already have an older version of Activa and I wanted to buy one for me my father and my wife but its really disgusting to wait for a 2 wheeler for more than 1 year?? If the company is really in short supply how is it that Activa of any colour is available in the Black market with a premium of 4 to 10 thousand.
      We in India have faith in Honda Motors and I have always used a Honda and thus I feel your company should take steps in this matter and deliver me the vehicle at the earliest.

      I had booked Honda Activa vide receipt no. 9861 on 8th August 2008 The delivery period given in writing is 60 days

      Inspite of repeated request I had not received the vechicle till date

      The sales manager promised to deliver the vechicle on 3rd November in case I submit the DD in favour of SRTA & INSURANCE COMPANY AND a cash of RS 44033
      Today I had gone to the showroom with the required DD and Cash .But he refused to even speak and the sales executive said the delivery will be done only after 10th November
      They also refused to take the DDs and the payment

      THE SHOW ROOM SAYS THE DELAY IS CAUSED BY HONDA COMPANY AND THEY ARE HELPLESS
      CAN YOU LOOK INTO THE MATTER
      SINCE PEOPLE BOOKING THROUGH AGENTS AND BANKS ARE GETTING DELIVERY WITHIN ONE MONTH
      PLEASE INTERVENE AND RECTIFIER THE DELIVERY TIME

      sir i have booked 1 month back on 26.10.08 through sterlings dealer in chinchwad receipt no.35510 amt .rs.5000/- delivery date committed on 24.11.08 i go on 20.11.08 to ask if any documents pending for registration but they say rudly that my bookings are cancled and i have to re book another and wait for more 35 days, i am feelings cheated that i have waited for nearly a month for your bike with hard cash in my hand, it was a very bad experience, please clear this issue and resolve my bookings.

      new activa — delay of delivery

      I am business man Nikihila metal arts & crafts, vellore. We are booking bike as on dt:2/06/2009. But you said you we be delivery with in two months. But date exceeds two months. Now are also we not received. So pl tell when you delivered and why didn't delivery. When ever we asked the delear they are not giving any proper answer. we are very intersting to buy bike is your company. But for you irresponsidle we lose our interst. Please take care above that. Because you only lose your custumer.So pl do the need full as early as possiable.

      I have booked Activa at Mohali on[protected]. He asked that the delivery will take place in 30-40 days but they did not clear the delivery. They told us that due to shortage of Activa we are not able to clear delivery. Please confirm when we take delivery of my platinum Activa. Mohali Service told us that the delivery will be cleared at Chandigarh and the chandigarh office has given as same reply as told by mohali.

      I have booked for the new Honda Activa on 18/7/2009 at Shymas Honda,Kayamkulam,[Alleppey].I have only paid the booking fee of Rs.1000/-.In the booking form expected date of delivery is recorded as 60-65 days.But even after 68 days I don't get the vehicle.But some agencies in kerala give the new Activa in two or three days by accepting Rs.2000/- to 3000/- as margin money.One of my friend purchased it from Ernakulam by giving an amount of Rs.3000/- extra.So I request that please try to avoid the delay in getting the new Activa.

      Honda — Delay Vehicle Honda Activa after Full Payment

      I have booked the Honda Activa vehicle at JSP Honda Kukatpally,Hyderabad

      ANDHRAPRADESH ,500072. On the Name K.Laxmi On date July 8,2009

      Booking No A7491 and paid booking amount of rupees 1000 INR

      I have not received the vehicle till now since it is almost 94 days and the sales

      manager asked me to pay the full amount so u will get the vehicle in a week

      so I paid the amount full amount including for asesrioers also on 23 sepetember,2009

      Now they Sales Manager not even lifting the phone

      At showroom they are not responding also……….

      I have booked the HONDA ACTIVA on 25th August, 2009 at KASLIWAL AUTOMOBILES (P) LTD, Indore (M.P), Steel Gray Coloured, being promised by the dealer that it will be delivered within 10 days. Now its more than 1 & 1/2 month but he is not delivering it.

      Still he is not giving the proper response. The numbers printed on the reciept of 1000 Rs. are also not valid . Please help what to do in this regard.

      I am R.Dhilip Kumar, doing business at Ooty- Tamil Nadu and booked a Honda Activa Bike in Chandra Honda (A Unit of Chandra Automobile India P Ltd.,) 1269 - Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore - 641 043 In 08.06.2009 and paid an advance of Rs.1000/- ( One Thousand Only)

      This is represented by Mr. Saravanan Cell.No. [protected] a staff of Chandra Honda. He assured me that he will arrange hire purchase for the same vehicle. We have produced all the related documents to him after a week.

      Then he asked me to give an advance of Rs.15000/- ( Fifteen Thousand Only) for further proceedings. He has given me a SBI account No.[protected] In the name of K.Manjula a staff working at the same company at Ooty. We deposited the same amount on 24.08.09.

      15 days back he said that your hire purchase form has been rejected by the bank. Then we spoke to Mr.Arul Kumar - Sales Manger (Cell. No. [protected]) regarding this issue. He also assured me that we will arrange loan in some other Bank.

      I am waiting from June ' 09 to Oct ' 09 around 5 months hearing the story of Mr.Saravan & Mr.Arul Kumar. There is no progress in this matter.

      As a customer I request you to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action against the false guide lines given by Mr.Saravan & Mr.Arul Kumar for delay in deliver the Vehicle.

      I am expecting your earliest reply in this regard.

      Honda Activa — DELAY IN DELIVERY OF NEW ACTIVA

      VERY POOR RESPONSE. I HAVE BOOKED A WHITE ACTIVA IN FORTUNE HONDA (SAINIKPURI,HYDERABAD) ON 07/08/09 AND THE DEALER TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE 60/70 DAYS FOR THE VEHICLE TO BE DELIVERED,BUT AFTER THE TIME LIMIT ALSO HE KEEPS ON TELLING THAT IT WOULD TAKE ONE WEEK,TILL DATE HE SAYS THAT IT WOULD TAKE ONE WEEK. LET ME KNOW WHETHER IS IT THE HYPE OR DELAY CREATED BY THE DEALER OR IS IT REALLY THE DELAY FROM THE SHOWROOM AND HOPE THAT I WOULD THE VEHICLE ATLEAST BY THIS WEEK.

      I have booked the Honda Activa on 5 th october, 09. and also paid a deposit money of Rs1000/- at TAJSHREE HONDA, NAGPUR . It was promised to me that the delivery will be made within 2 months. Now, it is being told to me that the delivery will b made after 3 months from the date of booking and that i have to pay whole payment atleast 15 days before the due date of delivery, which was not told at the time of booking.
      The booking has been made on cash and when told that payment will be made in full on delivery only then they told that it is the policy of the respective showroom to give delivery after 15 days from payment.

      I've booked one Activa on 11th aug,09 under csd quota from the dealer G.S Honda, Jalandhar. I was supposed to receive the same within 2 months as told by the dealer.Since last 1 month I am following up with the dealer & every time his executive told me that I'll receive it next week, than again next week & next week. Already three & half months has been passed & I've blocked my Rs 40000 with you on which i am not getting even interest.       I went to .purchase an Active through Lakshmi Motors Madurai, and they said pay fully amount and they said they deliver Immediatly.
      I have paid through Indian Bank Cheque on 02.02.2010.

      They said they will show the Active to RTO office on 04.02.2010 ( Thursday) and assure me to take delivery to-day, I was trying them and they are not giving proper Responsiable. They are picking the Phone and not giving proper responsiable, and keeping the phoe more than hours.

      If they would not deliver tommorow ask them to release the payment, Kindly give your feed back by return mail and also call me by pone No.[protected]

      I m sandeep Agrawal from Raipur Chhattisgarh and i have booked a Honda Activa Bike in Grand Honda in 12.08.2009 and paid an advance of Rs.1000/- ( One Thousand Only) for booking amount 5 months ago.

      At that time Mamaji ( Staff of Grand Honda) assured me that within a week or so we will dispatch the bike. But after 5 months i have not received my bike yet & they have no reason for that. In jan 2010 i had contact with head office & registered my complain, but they nothing can do about this matter.

      Pls do the needful.

      subject: Battery Problem
      There is a leak in the leftpole of the battery.Acid is spilling out from the left pole and causing damage to the front bumper.several times i have approached to the dealer at visakhapatnam. They have simply asked to replace the battery with a new one. Though my vehicle is not even one year old.The service people are reluctant to fix with a new one.

      I have booked hoonda activa on 5.11.2009 through CSD Ahmedabad to Universal hoonda agency at Ahmedabad with an adavnce amount of Rs. 1000/- and made all final payment on 16.03.10 through CSD and also to agency further Rs. 150/-with an assurance that scooter will be dlivered withen one week. Till that for every enquiry only one reply that no supply for standard model. Please take necessaary action as early as possible to receive the delivery of the scooter.

      I have booked the Honda activa deluxe purple colour on 25/03/2010 at Presanna Honda, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore. At the time of booking they promised me that the vehicle would be delivered to me within a month. After a month i went show room and ask for the vehicle. They said the vehicle would be delivered next week. I went on the next week. They said the same story. I have been to the showroom for more than 6 times. Each and every time they said the same story. The showroom guys including the sales manager Sunil are irresponsible. When i ask for the status instead of giving the response the showroom guys are behaving indecently (One of the manager told me that the showroom guys do not the reason why the vehicle delivery getting late. He asked me to check with manufacturer. I do not whether this manager has mind or not. How the customer can ask the manufacture for the status of the vehicle. I do not understand why the Honda management employed this kind of stupid guys. Because of this type of guys the Honda is losing his name.). I do not understand these showroom guys are delivering the vehicle to the customers on the booking priority or some other priority.

      Reg : - advance booking problem from dealer. this is kind inform u that i have booked honda-activa black colour ( not delux type) on[protected] recepipt 6645, at sree vishnupriya motors, visakhapatnam. at that time, the showroom people had told me that before 120 days they deliver the vechile, so i booked the vechile. after 100 days they called and they told that present only delux models are available so they tole me to purchase those delux models and this is so inconvenient for me and i suffred alot , and i waited morethan 100 days. so pls reply me as early as possible or contact me . i think showroom people are cheeting me. this is my mobile number [protected]

      I have booked Honda Activa at Chakradhar Honda (Your Dealer) , Surat on 12/05/2010 vide booking No. B056249. The latest date of delivery was given 22/10/2010. Now a phone call from the dealer told me that I will not be able to get delivery of vehicle in month of Dec. citing reason as No. of vehicles delivered by the company is not as expected at the time of booking. Please let me know whether delivery by the company is really short in comparison with month of May. It may be that dealer is black markeing your product in collusion with local Agent. In Surat Activa is rampantly being black marketed by charging Rs. 6000/- extra jeopardising the interest of your company and consumer. Please look in the matter and respond to me.

      Being a HANDICAP, I requested them to deliver the Activa as soon as possible. I was told the Delivery Month of August, yet they have not delivered it. Almost 2 months the delivery is delayed & I don't want it to get more delayed, since I'm in absolute need of it.

When checked with them they are saying that it will take some more time but not giving the exact date of delivery. I suspect whether they are following the order on not.

      the date of booking was 12/10/10. But after 4 month when i was called they told that you have to pay full amount IN ADVANCE. after paying they will give delivary.

      i paid whole amount i.e. 52581/- on the date 02/02/11 & i request them that i want my vehicle in by 10/02/11 but now they told me that there is some problem arise in aurangabad and lot stuck there so u will get vehicle by date 17/02/11 MAYBE.

      I had booked for one honda Activa on 22.10.2010. My booking No. is 21647. I have not received the vehicle. The delivery date was by 22nd March 2011, I called them on the 21th March 2011 and they said I will have to wait till the May. I had booked the vehicle at your authorised dealer M/s. Krishna Honda Chandigarh..This is ridiculous that after witing for 150 days, now i have to wait for another One and half Month & even more after that. i request the dealer to honour the committment. but., The reason is huge demand & unavailability of stock. that was totally bull ,,,

      I had booked for Honda activa on dated 29-Dec-2010 from your show room. my booking number is 5149. Till date I am continous following for the same but not getting satisfactory answer and also not get the vehicle. While some persons booked after us and they get by giving extra money.

      So please do need ful because more than three months are gone.
      I, T.S Sali, residing in Wayanad, Kerala, had booked a Force Silver Metallic Honda Activa on June 5th 2010 with an advanced payment of Rs.1000, with a promise of delivery by December 2010.

      At the instance of vehicle not being delivered on promised date the customer was forced to intimate the agency, KTC Honda Kalpetta, regarding the same. It was informed that the Honda Company had stopped the production of the vehicle with specified colour. The customer was only given the options to choose from the other available colours, with an assurance of delivery with in 2 months. The customer booked a white Activa and after 2 months on further enquiry by the customer, he was asked to wait for few more months. Unsatisfied with the service provided, the customer in person contacted the agency and was given another date for the delivery. After few days the customer was asked to make the full payment along with the expenses for insurance, registration and accessories. Making the payment on the same day he was guaranteed the delivery within 10 days. Since the promise was not fulfilled even after the said time, the customer demanded an explanation but the agency failed to provide it.

      The vehicle was planned to be gifted to my nephew on 24th January 2011. Failing to keep my word I was mentally put down. Prolonged waiting tested my patience to a great extend. Being totally disappointed with the service provided, I now decide to cancel my booking and demand my money back. I assert my right for the compensation for the:
      1. delay in service
      2. ill-treatment
      3. mental suffering
      4. Other additional expenses
      In case of not addressing the customer’s grievances immediately, the customer would initiate the legal proceedings without any further intimation.

When i expressed my dis-satisfaction on this they simply told me to cancel my booking if i am unable to wait for some more time. towards and gave me an application for cancellation of booking instead of solving my problem. This simply shows that how they cares the customers. Even at one time i am thinking to cancel my booking, but i m worried that even for returning of Rs.1000/- also they will made me to visit their office many times.

      It is also known that so many vehicles were delivered, whose booking were made subsequent to my date of booking. i.e., 03.12.2010.

      Sir, I am totally fed up with the response of your dealers / sales executives of the said Fortune Honda Show room. I may purchase another vehicle , another company , but such attitude will definitely check the reputation of your Company.

      Hence I request the Customer Care Officials of Honda Activa to kindly look into the matter and solve the problem.

        I have a scooter - made of HERO HONDA - PLEASURE.

        As per comp. rule the gurrenty of the scooter's battery was one year. During free servicing at Hero-honda servicing center it was noticed that the battery is not working and the people of the service center suggest that it has to be replace. Fortunately it was noticed seven days before to complete the one year.

        Then I advice them to replace the battery but they told me that they will send the battery to EXIDE delar. I agreed with their suggestion. But after one month I came to know that the delar has rejected the complain as it was reached to them after the due date.

        I became surprise how it can be but nobody - the service center or the dealar took the responsibility for that.

        later on I came to know that these type of incident has happen for other people also.

        Please do the needful to prevent the public cheating.

            I purchased Honda Shine 4th Nov 2011 from J B Honda Jandhewalan Delhi after 10 days its speedometer stopped working.I went for first service on 19th Nov 2011 at Swing Honda Subash Chowk Gurgaon and they promised me that they will replace speedometer with in 3-4 days. After 4 days they have started making excuses that they are not getting delivery of parts from Honda Company because of shortage.I called 5 times at Swing Honda Gurgaon, they every time Promise for tommorow and never fulfil their Promise.
            I'm very much shocked to experience that when Honda wanted to sell the bike they called me 10 times a day now there is question of Service after Sales, Honda hardly cares for the Customer.
            I just puchased this Bike because of Honda Brand, however Honda proved itself as a thirdrate company who
            never care Sarvice after Sales for customer satisfaction.

              I booked Honda unicorn at AM Honda Tirur on 30th January 2010. The vehicle deliver at 6months in booking time.Even after 12 months (29.01.2011) the vehicle is not delivered. I kindly requested the Honda manager the vehicle arranged immediately. Am Honda is very bad performance and attitude in customer expecsialy Tirur .sir please taken the action over the am honda

                Well being exicited to join Hero Honda family I bought CBZ –Extreme in November 2009,As the name indicates first month my bike gave me extreme biking experience which I never seen again.

                I gave my bike for 1st servicing at 688Kms in Shiri Automobiles, Vasanth Nagar colony Hyderabad on 14th October -2009 .After that I faced new problems with my bike like vibration slow pick up and many more.
                Being disappointed with all these issues I contacted Hero Honda office where they provided me a solution with Mr.Manikanta of Bhanu Automobiles ,Mossapet, Hyderabad. Mr.Manikanta concluded that there is a problem in fixing up the chain and some part has got replaced under warranty due to damage in chain system.

                My problem was fixed successfully but my question is why Hero Honda allows such in qualified technicians (shiri Auto Mobiles) to repair bike?
                (or)
                Hero Honda is only to sell bikes and spares without bothering about the service standards and customer?

                Now is the main, after realizing that Shiri Automobiles has got no proper technicians I stopped giving serving at that point and opted for Bhanu Automobiles Instead. Since I reside near erragadda I opted for Bhanu Automobiles Erragadda Branch as a service point to my bike. My Experience with this branch was absolutely miserable, below are the few major points that I can make out.



                1.Every time there is a service delay and a lot of mess in providing information-when ever I give my bike for servicing they will commit for one schedule and even when I call they will simply say “your bike is ready please come and collect” but after reaching there many times I found the job is half done /not started yet there are very few cases where I received my bike as per schedule /commitment over the phone.

                2.Typically there was no guy sitting at the reception to answer any one’s questions even if one is available he might be quite irresponsible as I have experienced no response /delayed response from that person.

                3. Right from the 5th Servicing onwards I was complaining about some line sound from my bike like ---”Tik, Tik, Tik…….” But not even single time it was resolved and a simple answer from the Technician saying that “that’s the common engine sound every CBZ customer will get”.

                4. At the time of 8th servicing I complained about the sound when even I use front Disk brake and the technician said that there was no problem but when I went after 3 days I got a reply saying that I need to change the disc pads even for that I need to wait for a week or I need to come at morning in a fine working day leaving all of my work aside. At last I went to ACE motors, Krishna Nagar to get that done immediately.

                5.Last time i.e. on 8th Jan 2011 I gave my bike for servicing at Bhanu Automobiles Erragadda by that time I was experiencing some Excessive acceleration problem with my bike and one more problem is that ignition fail whenever I make low acceleration ,As usual my complaints are very much ignored and they made it on their own way which caused to face so many problems after that.

                I made a full tank from shell on 10th Jan 2010 which gave me millage about 280 Km which is less than 25 Km per liter and I was experiencing the same from last one week .

                Finally today 29th Jan 2011 I went to meet Mr.Mouli who was about to address these issues from Bhanu Automobiles,Erragadda.He had a test ride and observed that there is a problem in petrol which is releasing black smoke when even it accelerates and Mr.Mouli concluded that there is a part which needs to be changed in the engine will cost about Rs.300/- and including other services he gave a an approximate value about Rs.1000/-

                Mr.Mouli invented a new problem in my bike which I was complaining about from last 3 servicing that is which I explained in point no 3(some line sound from my bike like ---”Tik, Tik, Tik…….”)He addressing this issue with a replacement of part which will cost Rs.300/-.Mr.Mouli also suggesting to me that petrol from SHELL has many issues and not to use that and when I requested for a written confirmation he refused to do so.
                I have all shell bills ready with from past 2 months if that was true that shell petrol has problem then I would appreciate if you could give me a written confirmation on that.

                I don’t understand if there is any pressure from Hero Honda to these Dealers just to up sell spares rather concentrating on customer issues.
                (Or)
                Hero Honda only recruits such dealers who make big figures from innocent customers’ pockets?

                6.After receiving foolish solution suggestions from Mr.Mouli ,I went to ACE Motors ,Krishna Nagar Technician verified the bike and concluded that there is a problem with petrol and suggesting me to use only Shell petrol.

                If someone representing Hero Honda creates this kind of mess in customer mind what should we think?


                Simply I was a big fan of CBZ and even for Hero Honda and after 1 year being with Hero Honda Im in a feeling that I was been duped by Hero Honda.


                Many of my friends bought other bikes having no issues with the service and actually getting more qualitative service.

                I would appreciate if anyone from Hero Honda let me know whether you can help me out at this situation or not?

                KINDLY MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE IN A BUSINESS WHICH YOU CAN MANAGE NOT THE ONE YOUR CUSTOMERS HAS TO STRUGGLE FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

They told that it has engine complaint. It has heavy smoke. Sir i was not used till one month. It is to difficult to carry in this complaint bike.                   I am Balaji. I have Hero Honda passion pro. I have initial starting problem when start the Bike every day. This problem is occurring from first service to till now. I have to raise Accelerator for long time.
                  I want permanent solution for this problem. So, I am unable to get my fuel consumption. Two times I met an accidents, because of this issues.

                      I am suresh from tirupur. Now i had a 2wheeler Hero Honda Passion. I wish to purchase a new bike and my friends suggest me to purchase Honda Shine. For that i approch your dealer "PRASANNA HONDA" located at Palladam road, Tirupur on 12.11.2010. During my visit at your dealer point MR.RANJIT KUMAR who is worked in showroom welcome me and gave the details about the Honda Shine bike and i satisfied with his approch and paid RS.1000/- as advance on the 15.11.2010 bearing bill no 9707. He gave me the invoice bearing no 1815 on my fist visit. in that invoice price mentioned for the bike including insurance, road tax, registration, engine warranty and extra fittings for RS.62629, and he also assure me the delivery with in 45 days from the date of advance.But after completion of that period i contact the dealer for so many times. but there is no proper response for me by phone and also direct visit. Finally they make a call on 19.01.2011 and inform me to paid the balance dues to get delivery. As per their words i paid the balance dues on 20.01.2011 bearing bill no 12659. During my second payment they FORCED me to get bike with AMC (Rs 975 ). Amount paying for AMC is compulsory in Honda terms or customer decision? Can i get my bike without AMC? But while contact the branch manager, he is also FORCE my to get AMC. He Refuse me to get the payment without AMC. Finally i paid the amount as per his words without satisfaction. But still i am not get my bike. IS THIS THE WAY HONDA WISH TO APPROCH THEIR NEW CUSTOMERS? I FEEL VERY GLAD TO DECIDE TO PURCHASE HONDA BIKE DUE TO YOUR DEALER APPROCH. As per your customer words, those who are paid EXTRA RS 2000/- Along with bike cost without billing to that dealer / Manager will get bike immediately. I MET 2 PERSONS GET BIKE LIKE THIS. Still i am not receive my bike. I am expecting Your Immediate Action to get back my AMC amount along with my bike.

                      I AM MOHD. TARIQ FROM REWA, (M.P.) I BOUGHT HONDA SHINE BIKE FROM ANMOL HONDA DEALER OF REWA. THE SREVICE OF ANMOL HONDA IS SO POOR, MY BIKES BATTERY DAMAGED IN GUARENTEE PERIOD AND I HAVE GIVEN BATTERY TO THE DEALER A MONTH AGO AND TILL NOW I DIDNT GOT IT. AND I AM NOT GETTING SATISFACTORY ANSWER FROM THE DEALER. AND SERVICE IS TOO BAD.

                          I, Mr. Shadab Khan, have bought a CB Unicorn on 10-10-10 from Jhaveri Honda in Kurla(w). I gave my Bike for periodic free
                          services, the work done was better at the first and second services, but later i noted that there was an enormous noise made
                          when the disk brake was applied, i had heard that Chembur service center(tel:[protected] works better, soon i went to the same,
                          i had discussed about the problem, i was told that my complaint has been worked upon and solved, but it had not been solved,
                          i went to a bike garage and there the problem was solved immediately, actually the noise created when disk brake was applied
                          was due to the leakage of front fork oil and the damage of fork seal, also after the second service there was leakage at the
                          so called Head-of-engine due to the damage of packing, my rear linear is also damaged now.

                              This is regarding unsatisfactory maintenance service being provided by Fortune Honda Service center at Lucknow.
                              I had sent my vehicle Reg No. UP32 BV 0171 on 21 Jan 2011 for 20000Km servicing opting for Pick and Drop facility. The vehicle was delivered back to me at around 1900 Hrs on the same day. On 22 Jan 2011 when I drove the vehicle I found that there was unusual noise in the steering wheel which was not there earlier. I immediately complained to Mr Pandey who attended the vehicle who was demanding the vehicle to be brought to the workshop. When I insisted that Pick and Drop facility was availed due the very reasons that it was not possible for me to bring the vehicle myself, then he promised to get the vehicle attended. On 24 Jan a mechanic came to my place to rectify the defect and it was done. (Thanks). I also showed the mechanic that my vehicle was not cleaned from inside during the servicing and asked him to opened the bonnet, to my horror it was noticed that the vehicle was not even washed during the servicing, this is not the first time that my vehicle was not serviced properly. I rang up Mr Pal the service incharge and demanded action against such careless service expressing my suspicion that when the vehicle has not even been washed what other servicing activities would have been done on my vehicle. Mr pal was responsive enough to get my vehicle collected on 25 Jan 2011 and got it properly washed. However in the bargain i remained without vehicle on 25 Jan 2011 apart from avoidable Petrol expense for Pick & Drop. The point at issue is why the service center after charging Rs 5000.00 can not provide the satisfactory service at the first place and why the vehicle is not being checked by responsible person before it leaves service center after maintenance. How will the cutomer be compensated for the inconvenience and extra expenditure? May suitable action be taken by the competent authority against the defaulters.

                                i am using Honda unicorn bike since 2005. from last 1 month i am dealing with a oil leak complaint of my bike. i went to an authorized honda service center at irinjalakuda and gave my bike for service. the next day i got a call from the showroom saying that i can take the bike, since the clutch cover packing of the engine is worn out, and they are out of stock. i waited for a week, and then i called upon every service center in thrissur district and every where i got the same result. now i dont know what to do, i cant use the bike and its very much difficult for me to get the day to day work done. if the authorized honda service centers are behaving like this, then how could a ordinary person like me handle such situations. i would be very thankful if you consider my complaint..

                                sir,
                                i have been suffering a lot due to unavailability of stock in pune, accident department. This is not the first time, but it happens every time. Right now, i have order few parts since the month of January and they are still not available. I don't understand how this can happen because Honda is such a great company, i trusted it in every aspect but i don't know where the problem is. Last time also i got my rims replaced after two months. I have a unicorn dazzler. Sir, if you will consider my problem, i will be really very thankful to you.

                                  I ordered for a Honda Aviator during the 15th of Nov'10. I was told that it will be available by 1st week of Jan'11. I rang up Honda Show Room "HORIZON" on the first week of Jan if my aviator had arrived. They replied that they would call up within a few days as soon as it arrives. Then come Jan 22nd when they rang me and told that it has arrived. Well I thought it might be better if i take it on Monday. Finally its 24th Jan'11 today as I write this after this event took place: I went there with ready cash around 6:30 pm as I leave my organization by 6 o clock. So, the guy sitting there in the front desk told me that it was available but i won't be able to take it then as the time was over. I asked why? Aren't they interested to sale the product. He replied it is govt. timing. WTF i thought. Are you a govt. employee? The person sitting next to him was Mr. Sharma, who regarded himself as the manager. He also responded negatively and asked me to only deposit the cash and take the bike tomorrow. My excitement went down! Ok i thought lets go with it! What was more frustrating was when i went to deposit cash in the counter, they asked me to sit for 5 mins until they finish their work when there was no customer sitting infront of them. I sat for sometime idle and without saying a word went away!! Hell !!

                                      I purchased a HERO HONDA Pleasure scooter on 23 feb. 2010.
                                      Since then it has gone under repair for 6 times which comprised of defective carburetter,oil pump,etc. but yet my vehicle is not functioning well yet.

                                      hi every one
                                      i hav buyed a plessure yesterday
                                      the stupid dealer
                                      Chandram motors Aswarapet khammam
                                      had given me damaged vechile regarding the body paint
                                      and at that time he
                                      used some paint and said that it will be ok wen u wash it in da next mrng
                                      but the next day the stains remain lik dat only
                                      made cal to him but
                                      Very worst response from sub dealer

                                      The sub dealer is chandram motors aswarapet khammam

                                      People in khammam nd aswarapet dont go to that stupid dealer

                                        Honda Service is a Big Crap..Useless..Waste of Money and Time....I had Giving my Vehicle Accidental servicing....I think they Just washed and Gave me...they didn't Checked about the Fork and Minor Disk Bend...handle Bend.....I came to Know about this when I gave my Vehicle for Servicing at Castrol....and You are Good at Charging Plenty Without doing any any work I appreciate That....But its not better to show such Bluddy Image of Honda in India...the Honda which is Known for Good Service...Big Crap...Big Losser..and it can or not be Honda...But Sterling for Sure....People in Sterling are Horrible

                                        This is to bring into your kind notice that on Saturday i.e. 05.09.2009 I had given my vehicle (MH 04 CY 6281) for servicing at V.D.Autowheels,Dwarka,New Delhi which is authorized Showroom & service centre for Honda Activa.
                                        Regret to inform you that when I went there after confirming that my vehicle is serviced or not at 3:45pm, my vehicle was in as it is condition when I had left in Morning for servicing.
                                        Morning when I went there to get my vehicle serviced through authorized service centre of Honda Activa I was very much assured that vehicle would be serviced properly & all my problems will be solved. At the time of giving vehicle for servicing I have been told by Mr.Vikas Choudhary that as this is paid service you will be charged for below mentioned services:

                                        Rs.170 for Servicing.
                                        Rs.154 for changing engine oil
                                        Rs.220 for M Oil for giving good mileage
                                        Rs.100 as Handling Charges as we have to send vehicle to our service centre which is situated at Mayapuri.

                                        As I have mentioned above that when I went there in evening, vehicle was in as it is condition i.e. in same condition I left in the morning this clearly states that vehicle has not gone to service station for servicing.When I enquired I got response that we normally don't send vehicle to service station for serving to save our & customers time, we do servicing here only. So, as a customer I have asked him not to charge handling charges from me in that case as vehicle has not gone to service station for servicing. He said, we charge Rs.100 for washing then I asked what is included in Rs.170, he said this is labour charges washing is not included in this which I cannot believe because in servicing washing is included. After all these discussions, at the time of preparing bill I asked Mr.Vikas Choudhary to write in bill that you have charged Rs.100 for washing which he refused to write. At last I have mentioned that thing in bill.
                                        When these types of answers were coming I started loosing trust in that dealer and asked about changing of engine oil & M Oil, I got answer that it is already been changed then I asked him when you are doing everything in front of me why you have changed these two things earlier, then he said it is your fault in morning only you would have asked that these 2 things should be changed in front of me only.
                                        At last I got my vehicle at 6pm.
                                        Request you to intervene in this matter & arrange to return Rs.100.
                                        Most important assured me that Engine Oil & M Oil has been changed in my vehicle.

                                        I totally beleive in you. Suggest you to write to Honda using their web site and contacting them and let all o[censored]s do so. DO NOT SPARE THESE cheaters.

                                        I am an Lecturer in a self financing college at North Paravur and I ride 80 kms a day. Bike is an essential part of my daily life.

                                        I have a Honda Shine and I do my regular free/paid services at Aryabhangi Honda, Alwye, Kerala. I do have the same problem after each paid service. The bike is not getting self-started after service. I have reported this to them many times verbally but the respose wasnt good.
                                        Furthur, each time I get there for servicing they tell that 'u wont get the bike on the same day due to shotage of staff.. blabla ....'
                                        Y Honda is permitting such agents to service if they cant offer us service ? Once the bike is sold their responsibilty is over, service is for name sake....and
                                        One more thing they make the customer sign the feedback form before they deliver the bike. This seems occured....
                                        Pls do positive steps on this

                                        I bought a Honda Shine motor bike on 19.01.2008 from Hari Motors Pvt. Ltd, At- Sahadevkhunta, Dist - Balasore, Orissa.I have availed all regular free services at Hari Motors. After completion of Free services I made AMC on 06.11.2009.According to your Warranty/Guaranty Condition it expires on 18.01.2010 of engine.

                                        Complain - On 31.12.09 I have noticed that excess smoke are coming out through exhaust silencer & immediately on same day I lodged a complain at Hari Motors. Next day they started repairing but delivered my bike on 04.01.10 with a description that the cylinder block, piston, piston ring has been damaged. They have charged for piston, piston ring etc. when these same were within the warranty period. I have paid what they have charged.

                                        Again on 05.01.10 I have noticed the same problem & went to work-shop with complain. they kept my bike and delivered at evening with a charge of Rs. 30/-.

                                        But I surprised, when I noticed the same problem after several repairing. Now I am problem as written above is warranty of my bike expires on 18.01.2010.

                                        This reflects skills of service personals appointed by a company like HONDA.

                                        Why Honda is appointing such agents to service if they are not properly skilled?
                                        Once the bike is sold their responsibility is over, service is for name sake...and

                                        An early & positive action is highly expected.
