This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased Honda Activa ( New Model) from authorised Hona Activa dealer named

Guwahati.
But sir, on 24th December, unfortunately, I met with an accident due to which some parts of my honda Activa was damager. Immediately I have give it to Jaybee Honda servicing Center, Kamakhya Gate, Guwahati-11 for repairing.
Sir, till date It have noot been repaired. on enquiring, they have replied me that the parts are unavailable and it may take more time for part supply. Kindly take a note of it and take the pain in repairing my Honda Activa as early as possible. Deatils of my honda Activa is as follows.

Honda — Parts not working
I have brought the new bike on 22Feb 2011 this year,I am facing the issues that the Speed indicator is nor working ( misbehaving ) the same I have highlighted during Bike servicing to the concern person,
At that time the request of servicing the person has accepted and said that will take this with the concern person.
After the service , The issues is not resolved and the service person has changed the stand and saying the bike is dammed , Hence the same cannot be rectified.
My Concern is :
• First of the bike is not dammed , So that the indicator can be impacted.
• Secondly why this was not highlighted at the time of taking the bike while servicing.
Request top management to look into this and provide the solution.
Will going to escalate if the same is not reverted / resolved in 2 days
