[Resolved]  Honda-Unicorn — Very-Very poor service and maintenance

Sir, this purnachandra Rao from hyderabad, I Have bought a unicorn vehicle from one of your dealer i.e pratul automobiles pvt. ltd, hyderabad on 3rd november, 2007, and I got the vehicle reguloarly serviced. the latest service on 07/01/2009 vide job cord No. 08JC15168, after taking the delivery i noticed that servicing was not properly done and the engine started un-usual noice, instead the technical person/incharge stated that I have not done my previous services in time, that is false, I have recorded information and the information shown by the /computer-generated statement is not at all tallying. There is no response from your dealer as well as your area sevice engineer, after repreated requests simply they are telling that engine has to be opend and it will costs more than 9000/- wheere as my vehcile has run below the kilometers mentioned in manual by the company. I humbly request you that, my engine is still in waranty, kindly help me to come out of this problem.

late delivery and there is no battery in bike.they make scraches in engine.
they put dealer name stickers in my bike so much of stickers. so many scraches in bike. sales services are bad. We never refer to buy honda bike to any enybody.Today i want my bike with in 4p.m.

Honda Unicorn — no response for the customer

i'v given my bike for the repair for an accident in kalyani honda service centre madurai . i'm sorry to say this they dont respect any of the customer ,silly reasons are given by the management like spares are out of stock 'i didn't recieve any information from them about my bike ,totally its 6 months has passed ,the management has to take some action on them as it does not happen again . let my complain be the last one.

ihave a complient regarding the scarcity o[censored]nicorn atKODURI HONDA at rajahmundry ihave booked unicorn by paying 4000/- with receipt number of 63/83 they are telling me to wait for another 4 months for delievery i am fond o[censored]sing honda bikes since 9 years please consider this and give me a better solution and delievery within 1 month
