My unicorn bike has complaint of gear slipping and missing. Due to the both 2 services I informed the showroom workers several times to solve this issues. But there was no use. My bike still has those problems and it became very difficult to ride with this condition. Many times I fear of accident. As I correctly pay the loan amount till now. I need this issue solved at the earliest. And I will not pay any amount for this. I need better service...

My concern is they are demanding full payment for "Unicorn- bike"(69000 approx), before its delivery. This is OK but the waiting period for the same is 3 months which is very more than expected.It's not possible for a general citizen to make full payment at once. The strategy of paying full, well before delivery...
