[Resolved] Honda2Wheelers India / Activa — sales & Services | |||
(1)Within a day or two of the purchase of activa(white) on 23/07/2012,leakage of oil was traced.I had to wait for 3-4 days to get it repaired and had to pay for getting the fibre pad(original) replaced .I did argue with the sub-dealer of Imperial Honda, Vapi that since it was not my fault I was not supposed to pay for the defect; but in vain.Is this a fair practice on the part of the dealer? (2)At the time of delivery of the vehicle too they charged Rs./-800 for coating +Af ; but the coating was not done. (3)The sub-dealer,Valsad also charged Rs.610/- for warranty. (4)At the time of the first free service of Activa too I was asked to pay for the replacement of oil even though I had paid Rs.610/- for warranty.This time too the Valsad branch took 2-3 days to servic the vehicle. Are all these practices fair? No they aren't ( to my mind). I request you to look into this matter and get my grievences redressed to my satisfaction.
