DEAR sir,
i have a little complanit about service agency (ATUL AUTO AGENCY - JAMNAGAR - 361001)
they told us earlier time then they came to service centre. even they are not giving ans. properly and behave like we are berer. why sir can we do any crime with buy a reputed company's vehicle when we go for the delivery they did not do any thing with vehicle where we complint for the handle jamed completly they didnt do any thing when we told him about falut they were hammering hardly with handle is this a true system.
i am really very sorry to say we are not satisfied with the service and service agency pls do some thing sir what we can do expect written a letter to you

Bad performance of Honda activa scooter
Sir
i had purchased a new Honda activa scooter on dated 25/07/2011(invoice no. 11IN01481) from local dealer GLOBUS MOTORS (P) LTD. DELHI
The scooter is giving us lots of problem like low average, automatic stop during running, noise in engine rings and kick start from the very bigning of the purchase, it gives us a bad impression on Honda. HONDA is a reputated company we can not imagine such a bad product from the company like Honda.Still scooter is in workshop (globus honda B-35/3, G.T. Road Indl. area, NEW DELHI-33)

Through this mail I would like to request to the company to replace our scooter with a good one or refund us full amount, so that we purchasee a new scooter of other company.

I purchase a new honda activa from your dealar YUME HONDA 42 43 OPP. MARUTI GATE NO.2 OLD DELHI ROAD, GURGAON HARYANA. dated 11/ 01/ 2012. When we go in godown we choice another scooter and they give us another scooter. And my scooter lock is not working properley. when next day i complaint to him they refuse me and not doen well. and they are not giving sight stand also. please see the matter otherwise i will go in consumer court.

they are no 1 faltu dealers no service and one month has passed they have not given my rc when i called after one month they say we forgot to call you that 20 days before u r rc has cancelled they say me give me this document i gave and after 15 days when i called sir please go to rto fficer alone we cant come beacuse it is near to ur house i said i will not go after 15 days they had came and take my viechel to rto office rto officer said documents is still incomplete and rto officer ask to yume honda you dont even what r document required now 2.5 months passed my rc camed but without rc book plzz those who r buying activa never buy from yume honda

i Willl say to all gurgaon never buy 2 wheelers from yume honda gurgaon ( old delhi road opposite maruti )
after selling their veichel
very bad service
i think all should stay away and buy from any other dealer
i[censored] give ur veichel for service if they say u time sir come at 4 pm and then u Willl ask about ur veichel is ready that time they Will start ur service
