HOTSPOT MOBILE STORE — mobile is not repaired

This is a complaint about the Hot Spot mobile store at Spice world, sector-25A, NOIDA.

My name is Syed Murtuza Hasnain. Want to tell the harrasment which I am facing from the hot spot mobile store. I have purchased a Mobile of Sony Ericssion , model no. W580i, with receipt no.[protected] and also took a Care Pack (kind of insurance) with receipt no. 10808. from them in the month of Oct' 09.

In the month of September I notice that my phone's charging port have some blackspot's which causes difficulty in charging the phone, so I took the mobile on 04' Oct, to the same (Spice world, NOIDA) hot spot as I was told at the time of purchase that as I have took the Care Pack if I face any problem in the mobile I will directly approach to this outlet of hot spot.

The guy at the center Mr. Mayank says that they need to send it to the service center based and they submitted the mobile (job sheet no.045 book no 2633) . After 15 day of submission, when i inquired about the phone, i got the reply that sony ericssion's component is not available in market so i have to wait for another one week.
In the mean time, with my older phone, i face difficulty in attending the calls, as audio quality of that phone is already very bad, which in know.

After one week i again inquired about the phone and the same answer i got from them. So i put my problem in front of them, Mr. Mayank got agreed to provide a spare phone to me, And he provide my a old Nokia 6070 phone, alone with the assurance that by next week phone will be in my hand.

On 30th' Oct when i again inquired about the phone and got the same answer from them.So i decided to quit and tell to Mr. Mayank to give my phone back which he got agreed.

After four days (04/11/09) i got the call hotspot, which they responded on my call only, they say that service center has arrange the component and i will get the mobile on Monday. Since i am getting my mobile back in fully repaired condition, so i agreed and dropped the idea of taking my mobile back.

On Monday When in inquired about the mayank having no answer and start giving foolish excuses, on which in i demanded the number of his senior authority, on which he gave the number of Samir [protected]. Which i tried many times but nobody has received it.

Today, I got call from them, which they responded on my call only, they again say the same thing and promise my that phone will delivered to my on Saturday.

I have no other option except waiting. What is the use care pack if a complain is taking more than one month to resolve?

I am totally frustrated on their services.i regret buying my phone from there
Please tell what I have to do.

One rectification in above complaint is that purchased the phone in Oct'08 instead of Oct'09
I have purchased Samsung SGH U-900 on Feb 09, and my customer id is [protected]. During the last 3 months my cell phone has a regular problem of disply. I also have the facility of care pack for 2 years. But when ever i get the mobile repared, after 10 or 15 days the same problem come again. In last 3 months i have got the mobile repared by HOT SPOT 3 times, but the problem has not been solved, and today when i am composing this mail my cell phone still is not ok. It has the same disply problem.
When i was approaced for care pack it was told to me that your LCD will be changed even if your mobile fell in to water, or come under the BUS, but 3 months are passed and after being repaired 3 times the same problem is coming again and again.

So please chek the matter and find the appropriate solution.
