[Resolved]  HOTSPOT MOBILE STORE — SHODDY SERVICE

I had purchased 2 Vodafone PrePaid SIM connections from HotSpot Mobile Store in Great India Place (GIP) Noida on 19th Dec 2009 having submitted all documents - ID Proof, PAN Card and Photograph - as I was aware of the documents required to get the connections activated.

It has been 6 days now and first the CLIP Service was deactivated on my phone and now the outgoing has been barred because of non submission of documents.

HotSpot should be banned from providing any services in the market as their own employees have no idea of Customer Service.

First, the excuse given was that the papers were returned by Vodafone as they did not have the SIM Numbers corresponding to the 2 mobile numbers. Once these were provided, and the problems did not stop, the excuse given was that I had not signed the ID Proof and that only my PAN Card was signed. Is it not the responsibility of the Distributor to ensure that all documents submitted by a consumer are signed at the appropriate place and that they are in order?

All I can say is that HotSpot should be buried immediately and Vodafone will do itself a lot of good if it ceases to have HotSpot as a distributor.

HOTSPOT MOBILE STORE — Sold defective piece of Fly B600

I purchase a mobile handset Fly B600 from HOTSPOT, Vivek Vihar, Delhi it was having some defects since i purchased. More than three times i gave it to them everytime they send it to their service centre, on equiring the status of handset everytime they said it will be ok by tomorrow and after holding it around one month they return handset and said it is ok now, but no problems are rectified, and last time when i asked them to replace the handset they committed me to put new PCB/Board in the handset but they failed to do so.

hot spot — Misguide by hotspot people

I purchased a LG mobile (cost 4000/-) from hot spot sec 38 chandigath and paid additional rs. 300/- for hot spot service pack. After 3 months its charging point damages. We went to hot spot service centre sec 22 chandigarh. They told us the mobile card is fully damaged and can not be repaired. They said due to additional service pack we will give you 2000/- (half of the mobile mrp).

I rejected the offer and went to LG service centre sec 35. They repaired the mobile and charged nothing (under LG warranty) and guided us never to go to hot spot in future.


Hot spot people cheated me. So wish you Bad luck Hot Spot.

HOTSPOT MOBILE STORE — hotspot has taken 1800 extra from the market rate

Hi,

I have purchased a mobile LG KP500 from hotspot(Vasundhara enclave, delhi-96) worth of 11300, same day i saw a add of big bazar for the same mobile they are charging 9500, then i did research on compareindia.com and some others stores (around 12 different stores in delhi and ncr) they are charging the 9500 for the same mobile,

that means hotspot charged me 1800 extra amount for LG KP500 mobile from me,
i did a complain on hotspot store from where i had puchased, but they told me that this is the hotspot price and they will not do anything.

Please suggest me what i can do now, they are doing froud, they are cheeeting the customer

The HotSpot Mobile Store also chargedme Rs. 1800.00 when i purchased a Samsung sgh F 270 from hot spot mobile store, D 154, Kamla Nagar, Delhi-110007.They charged me Rs 9400.00 for thismobile while in thethr rate was Rs. 7600.00 on other mobile showrooms and also the rate was Rs. 8100.00 and Rs.8000.00 on itself Hot SpotMobile Store in other places of Delhi-The Hot Spot Mobile Store are not Reliable.

hot spot — regarding troublesome cell phone

i had bought a motorola q9 from hotspot baroda on 28 may/09.. the salesman had insisted me to buy the handset and on his insistence i had even blocked the product by giving him a token amount of rs.200/- but in the 2 months i have used the phone, i have faced a lot of problems regarding the key pad, the vibrating alert of the phone and the battery gets discharged in 7-9 hrs even after completely charging it and not using it at all.

HOTSPOT MOBILE STORE — Worst/ no service

I have given my mobile in Tagore Garden to Mr Rajat-[protected], on 15, Feb 2010. Till date I didnt get my phone back.
The problem was FM non- function.

Iam frustrated of the services mainly because the land line of Tagore garden[protected] is never attended and also the nimber of Mr Rajat. The operating times are real funny. 12:30PM to 5:30PM. It means any working proffessional have to take leave to visit the store.

Due to non attending of telephone attitude of the store and the employees, I had to visit 4 times to store only to face my bad luck that the phone is still under service. If the phones are attended, atleast I wouldnt have visited, wasting my leaves, effort and expenses.

hot spot — Worst service

This is regarding very bad experience in service from Hot Spot.

I bought a Fly E105 Mobile in Sep, 2008 from Hot Spot, GIP, Noida with
2 year care pack service.

I had network issues and Speaker issues on my handset. I submitted my
phone 3-4 times but my problem is not getting solved anytime. In last
2 years, My handset spent around 6 months in Service center. Now, from
more than a month my handset is with Hot Spot people in GIP, Noida but
there is no update. Neither it is getting fixed.

Also adding to it, whenever I ask what has been done to resolve the
problems I have with my handset, they reply " It was done at Fly
centers. We donot have any idea about it."

I called at Fly Service center by checking number from their site
directly. They told me, " My handset is not submitted with them" I
shared all details. If my handset is not with Fly Service center
people then who have my handset???

I want to claim that, I finally got the reason why my handset get even
bad after coming from service center is as they do not submit at Fly
centers.
