a computer operator in the computerised reservation office with the name "RAVI" in the age group of 32-35 is very arrogant and misbehaves with every body.he never returns the change and uses foul language.eventhough if we stand in que he ives priority to thr people he knows and one who give him tips onthe tickets issued.he misguides the people and gives wrong information.he works in a way as if he is doing a favour to us by issuing the tickets.he works in the railway computerised reservation office, main rajahmundry station, eastgodavari dist.andhra pradesh.533101.his name is "RAVI" and works as a computer operator
