[Resolved] Housewife — Complaint for Landline No. [protected] | |
Dear Mr. Situ Saini (Nodal Officer Haryana), 1. I have taken the reliance Landline connection in the year 2004 in my wife name i.e. Sarita Kapoor, when the reliance telecom was started vide Landline no. [protected]. 2. I have disconnected this no. in oct 2009 and taken the new reliance Landline no. [protected]. 3. your employee Mr. Divakar ([protected]) who given this new no. to me and disconnected the old no. [protected] in oct 2009. 4. I have deposited Rs. 1,000/- as security in the year 2004 for taking the old reliance no. [protected]. 5. I informed this to Mr. Divakar in oct 2009 at the time of disconnected. 6. Mr. Divakar told me that I will get the money with in one month. I have already paid entire bill amount upto the time of disconnected for [protected], nothing was pending at that time. 7. I received bill for Landline no. [protected] in Jan 2010 and there after. 8. I lodged the complaint in the customer care center vide complaint no.[protected] dated 31.01.2010 regarding receiving the bill for Landline no. [protected], they assured me that this was generated due to oversight and will be stopped after this complaint. 9. again I received the bill in the month of march 2010, again I have lodged the complaint vide no.[protected] dated 13.03.2010, once again they informed me that this will not come. Further, I request you to look the above matter and release my security of Rs. 1,000/- as early as possible. I have mentioned in the above all the documents / complaint reference no. for your ready reference. Please talk with your employee i.e. Mr. Divakar, who gave wrong commitment to the reliance users/me. if this is not close then I have no other option to lodged the complaint with the consumer court for this harassment.
