Housing Loan — Delay in getting the file back

Even two months after the full closure of my loan account I have not got my file back for my loan a/c. [protected] & [protected]. I am running from one office to another in Pune of LIC HOUSING FINANCE LTD. Finally I was directed to one Mr. Manish in Swargate office who never receives phone. If by chance he receives he says he will check and call me back. This is the treatment to so called valued customers. Kindly look into it otherwise i am going to media zeehelpline.
