[Resolved]  Hp 530 Notebook — the company has given me a bad product

I hav purchased a laptop HP530 notebook on september 2007. after 8 months it shows problem.i hav to replace a new battery.after that i got harddisk problem .i hav replaced it.after that i got 2 times dvd problem.the company has used recycled parts for use.now i am facing battery problem again.when i am calling a technical person to replace my processor fan . he broke something inside my laptop.and fix it through a adhesive tape.he also made some scratches on my laptop.when i talked to the customer care and talk to the service engineer in conference the service engineer argued with me that that part is not broken and not slacken.and i asked him why u forcefuly open my laptop.he told me that it is our procedure to open laptop like this.i hav called somany times the customer care for the service.some times engineer called me that it is raining outside i cant come.they hav fixed a meeting time to meet.but they dont come.i think Lalani Bhubaneswar has cheated me to sell me a defective product HP 530

What to do.?
may i go for aconsumer case.

We have purchsed a HP 530 and given it for repair (battery) under warranty to HP on 5/1/09. Till today there is no response either from the mail sent to them below or thru phone. It is very frustrating that we have to make so many calls without any outcome. Till today we are told theat the part is awaited.

below is the mail sent to them on 20/2/09. still no response from them. pls help

I really do not know if there is any guarantee of any service level meant to be adhered to a customer after sale of your products if yes please let me know if no ..then you are actually fooling the customers and they should know about it, which then becomes our responsibility to bring to light cases like these.

We have done a mistake by purchasing HP I think who has no intention or capability to service its customers after the sale is done – this is what the impression is till date on the above complaint of laptop repair with you .
You are requested to please let us know the final outcome or intent so that we also move to an next course of action, if required the consumer cell only looks to be the last option.

HP 530 — Dening change of faulty hardware

Iam a student studying engineering in Salem, TN. I bought a HP 530 laptop. It's not even a year now that i brought the laptop, i am facing speaker compliants. The sound comming out of my laptop is very low. I took the the laptop to the HP service center in SALEM, TN, and they are saying that i used a software called "VLC Media Player" in my laptop and that they wont give me warrenty for this fault.

What can I do??
Please help me.
