Hp — about not receiving extended warranty certificate

i bought a hp laptop g6 2102tx from hp show room on 3rd august 2012,i registered for extension of warranty for two year (1+2) on 4th august,i sent dd of Rs.1133.00,id proof,a copy of the invoice and the serial number cut out from the laptop box on 7th august but i hadn't recieved any SMS or email and extended warranty certificate yet.so please send me certificate.
