[Resolved]  Hp — Laptop Repair

I had purchased a HP laptop in August 2007. The screen went dead in September 2008 and I gave it for repair to the HP Service Centre at Saki Naka, Andheri, Mumbai on 11th October, 2008 under the Case ID [protected]. I was told that the motherboard was faulty and it would be replaced in 3-4 days. However, the laptop was finally repaired and given back to me only in the first week of November 2008. Thereafter the laptop again stopped working on 28th November, 2008 and was given for repair on 29th November, 2008 under the case ID [protected]. The Service Centre informed me that the motherboard has to be replaced once again and the same will be done in 3-4 days. It has now been 35 days but the laptop has still not been repaired. I have been asked to contact Mr. Rakesh Rasailam from HP on[protected] but he never answers the phone. I was then asked to speak with Mr. Arun Poojari on[protected] and 91-[protected], who has been of no help at all. There has been no response to the emails that I have sent. I even lodged a complaint on the HP website under the ID No. CCHHSAP183730. No one has bothered to respond to this as well. Please do not purchase any HP products since their after sales service is PATHETIC.

they have faulty nvidia GPU in there motherboards which causes the no boot problem we are not alone please check this site.

My condition is even worse. My Hp pavillion dv2601 got out of order just after 1 year and 2 months of buying. I had bought my hp pavilion dv 2601 laptop on 20th December, 2007. After
just one year and two months its motherboard became faulty on 28 Feb,
2009. I gave it for repair at the Guwahati hp service center (viz.
Redington India limited) on 10th March, 2009. At that time they took an
advance amount of Rs 5000 for motherboard replacement and promised that my
notebook would be repaired within 3-4 days. They told that they will replace the
motherboard in 3-4 days and contact me. They never contacted me after that.
Whenever I call them, they say that the motherboard has not reached at the
service center and would soon be reaching. Around 52 days have passed,
still my laptop has not been repaired although I have paid the required
advance money at that time itself.

I complained online about it with complaint no CCHSAP207064,
still I didn't get any mail. I am in deep trouble. How can a motherboard become
faulty in so short time(just one year and two months)!! Hp sucks in this. Do not ever buy Hp products

we purchase printer after few month ago and after 6 month printer have a problem for cartridge jam in a printer your engineer sole this printer problem and then after 3 month ago same problem face to us printer so please ans urgenty
