[Resolved]  HP Compaq Nx7300 — Replacement of LCD PANEL Delayed

Dear Manager

I have registered about problem of LCD Panel of my HP Compaq nx 7300 Laptop(Ref No.-[protected]) and was promised to get replaced within three working days.
But service center does not mean three working days actually. I got a message that part has been ordered but still I have not received any further communication from the people. It is not matter of delay but the inconvineance and the sense of irresponsibility of the the concerned people. kindly look for the matter ASAP.

HP Compaq Nx7300 — sucking service of hp centres. too much delay in their service. still waiting for my parts..

hello sir..
i am college student dong b-tech in Chandigarhi had taken a compaq nx7300 model laptop but it a got a crack on its left hinge. i went to hp centre chandigarh.they registered a complaint and said we wil inform you in 4 or 5 days when we wil get your product. but i am still waiting for my product. their service is too unpredictable. my friends got the same work done in 4 days and i am waiting for over a month.
thanks for the time ..its really been getting irritating now.. its been getting over a month now... its really disappointing. who can help me..
please help me..

HP/nx7300 — NO PARTS ????

Hi,

It is very unfortunate that i am writing a complaint to one of my favourite companies.
But i must bring this to your notice that the kind of response i got from your service centers is heart breaking.

I own a nx7300 GM 665 PC, serial no. CNU7191X94. Being a part of the bulk purchase by ICFAI hyderabad, i understand it is not a commercial model. The LCD base cracked and ripped out on basic usage of open and close i was told that many complaints & replacements have been made for this model.

On 28th Feb. 2009, i deposited my system (without the hard disk and power cable) for LCD replacement at a HP authorized service center - R.T Outsourcing Services Ltd. at Chandigarh. As the extended warranty lasts in March 2010, they accepted it and gave me a time period of 3 to 4 days.

It is 14th march and i am going to Hong Kong in 2 weeks. Everyday i keep getting a message from them saying the part is not available. My query is that its 15 days and how much time does a part take to be shipped even if its at the remote most place?

Kindly look into the matter because the only response i get from the service center is that they are waiting for the part. Please don't change my perception about the Brand you hold, and force me to phase out the idea of buying an HP in future.

HP Compaq Nx7300 — INEFFICIENCY at HP at its HEIGHT

Take this seriously, failing which HP might be in trouble. Many problems or say compliments for the entire HP TEAM:

1. My laptop's (NX7300) power strip buttons aren't working fine. There is a problem when I make my laptop on sleep/hibernation. The display screen goes black but the laptop is still working. So everytime I have to shut it down.
2. CD drive works intermediately. Sometimes it detects the CD and sometimes not. Even when the CD is detected, it doesn't work on my laptop, though it is working fine on others'.

I am currently in Hyderabad. I went to HP's Somaji Guda office in Hyd., registered a complaint with the authority on 27th June, Saturday, for the aforementioned problem. They promised to return my notebook on 30th June, Tuesday. On 30th June, when I rang them up in the evening I got to hear that nothing has been done on my laptop and they are waiting for some new parts to come to their office from Bangalore and they will return back my laptop latest by 1st July.

Though I was in urgent need of my notebook, I still gave them a day more to resolve the problem thinking it would be done properly this time. On 1st July I had to catch up with my friends for Coorg (a hill-station in Karnataka) which the authority was well-informed of.

I called up the same office at around 12 noon and what I got to hear was: "SIR, WE HAVEN'T YET WORKED ON YOUR PROBLEM. THE PARTS WHICH WE RECEIVED WERE DEFECTED. WE HAVE REQUESTED FOR A NEW MOTHER-BOARD FOR YOUR LAPTOP AS WE JUST NOW FOUND OUT THAT YOUR LAPTOP'S MOTHER-BOARD IS CORRUPT. IT WILL TAKE US ANOTHER 2-3 WORKING DAYS."

Hearing this I gave a hard knock to the call-receiver and then she immediately promised me to deliver my laptop latest by the day's end. After an hour only a lady called me up from the HP centre saying that the problem has been resolved and they have replaced the mother-board also. I told them that I will collect it at around 7 pm.

When I went to the service centre, the person who addressed my complaint was in so much hurry that he wasn't even allowing me to check whether the problem has been resolved or not. He asked me to hurry up since the office hours are over, even though officially the closing time is 8 pm. I found something suspicious and switched on my laptop. I found out that nothing has been done and the problem is still there. When I told him this thing, he said that the technician has gone and nothing can be done now. At last I had to shout at him and then he went in some technical room to ask about the problem from some engineer. Again he made me wait for around 20 mins even when he knew that I was getting late. Forcibly I had to enter that engineer's room to see what is going in over there.

At last from that engineer I got to know that nothing has been done on my laptop, CD drive problem hasn’t been addressed and the mother-board is still the same. I asked those people to make me contact their Manager. They didn’t tell me his name and said that he is not in office right now. But somehow I found out that the Manager was sitting in the next room. I thought atleast he would consider my problem but again NO RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER’S PROBLEM.

He was acting very lethargic and so involved in his own work that even when I told him the entire stuff and showed him the problem, he didn’t take it seriously, instead was backing his office people by saying that the problem will be resolved only if I cooperate and give them 2-3 days more. He hardly seemed to be interested in what has actually happened. Thinking of lodging a complaint for what has happened, I asked him to name the technician, the man who attended me in person and the lady who called me up in the evening.
The manager, Mr. K. SRINIVAS refused to divulge the names even after asking for it 10 times. From the security guard I got to know that the technician’s name is Mr. Manoj and the lady who called me up is either Miss GEETA or Miss JOSHNA. After all this I had to walk out of your service centre empty-handed. And just because of this I couldn’t go with my friends and I had to miss some of my office meetings so that I could collect my laptop on time.
Please do make up for the losses and the inconvenience caused to me by your people asap. Either my problem should be addressed within a day or I will have to take some serious action against the company which I am well-capable of.

I would like to add that to sue these type of people we should escalate the matter in all possible ways, then only they will learn. If anybody had the Email -id of top notch service executive of HP then plz mail me at [protected]@aol.com

HP Service Center — too much delay

I went to hp center to replace my hard disk.they said it will take 4 to 5 day and 4700rs to replacey hard disk in exchange.they said they will call me when my hard disk is avilable again.but i didnt get and any call after week.so i called them they said i will take to or 3 days more so again i called them after that but they didnt answer.so after 2 weeks i demanded my faulty hard disk from them ,they returned it and told me again me they can replace in two days i didnt trusted them again and recievedmy hard diskback from them .I got relaced my hard disk from hp deler in just 10 minutes for hust 3000 rs.
so i got a conclusion from this that they charge extra money from costumer and waste there time
