[Resolved] Hp — Complaint for HP computers | |||
Respected sir I Himanshu, engineering student (final year) wants to file a complaint against Nehal Surana(Case Manager),HP computers. I want a claim of Rs 33500/- against the same person because the person is dealing with my problems/complains by long time and he always use all the tacticals to misguide me. I bought a HP laptop on 20-nov-2012,with a warranty of one year.Till the date of purchase, the laptop had became a big headache for me, as i started using it nearly all its parts proved to be defected which were replaced several times. Even it proved fatal in my practical exam,seminar presentation (which could affect my career).Just one day before my presentation the Hard disk crashed,i managed to get my data back with the help of my friends but on the next day (examination day) my laptops display was lost due to which i could not present my practical & presentation and still i'm dealing with all the same problems. Even at present after so many replaced parts my laptop is not working properly. I request you to take the desired action and help me in claiming my laptop's price back i.e Rs 33500/-.
