Hp Consumer Gas — Cylinder not giving in time

Dear Sir,
Sangmesh gas agency in Ramachandrapuram, BHEL is selling gas privately. They are not giving refilled cylender in time. For one booking they are taking one month gap and after that they are taking booking and giving cylender after 15 days. i.e once cylender for 45 days. For booking also they never pick the phones immediately. After trying for one week, they pick the phone difficultly. This is horrible. I purchased twice in black from the same agency without disclosing that I have connection from the same agency. I request you to do enquiry through detective agency. so that you can get the clear picture. If such agencies exist, public will face lot of problem.
