Dear Sir,
My consumer number is 623310, its been very torturing, when the solo cylinder get over. when we book for refill, they upfront say it will be delivered after 3-4 days. When we approach the gas agency-- ours is "Geetha priya hp gas agency, coimbatore" they say they are not authoritised to book second cylinder, some times they threaten saying, if any one is having 2 cylinders its an offence. Not transferring my connection from Surat to Chittorgarh
I have surrendered my HP gas connection at Surat and brought TV(Transfer Voucher) at chittorgarh. Since there is no HP dealer in Chittorgarh, I went to Bharat Gas for transfer but they said "we can not provide you any connection as your old connection is from HP, In such cases senior most gas agency will give you the connection" so I rushed to Indane as they are the senior most in chittorgarh. Dear Sir,
Sangmesh gas agency in Ramachandrapuram, BHEL is selling gas privately. They are not giving refilled cylender in time. For one booking they are taking one month gap and after that they are taking booking and giving cylender after 15 days. i.e once cylender for 45 days. For booking also they never pick the phones immediately. After trying for one week, they pick the phone difficultly. This is horrible. I purchased twice in...

Gas is supplying in black market at high cost. that's why consumers are not getting gas supply at time.

I am a HP domistic Gas consumer and our Gas Distributer is RAVI GAS SERVICE JALESAR DIST> ETAH UP.
as i made a complain previously on the same site, but till today i have'nt receive any response excepting the mail from Mr.Onkar from HPCL as per his word to his subordinate "A complaint recd against our Jaleshar LPG dealer is attached in the mail. Pl look into it" and warning from the distributar side...
