[Resolved]  Hp Consumer Gas — HP Second Cylinder

Dear Sir,

My consumer number is 623310, its been very torturing, when the solo cylinder get over. when we book for refill, they upfront say it will be delivered after 3-4 days. When we approach the gas agency-- ours is "Geetha priya hp gas agency, coimbatore" they say they are not authoritised to book second cylinder, some times they threaten saying, if any one is having 2 cylinders its an offence. We struggle till the refill happens, Is there an end to this crisis, its not only for me..i can feel the trouble for all those who posses 1 cylinder...

Will the concern authority look into this and a solution to resolve this problem be foreseen shortly?
Or else concern authorities should make the refill on the same day or max by next day 1st thing.

Please let me have an answer for this.
