Hi There, I am a HP domistic Gas consumer and our Gas Distributer is RAVI GAS SERVICE JALESAR DIST> ETAH UP. as i made a complain previously on the same site, but till today i have'nt receive any response excepting the mail from Mr.Onkar from HPCL as per his word to his subordinate "A complaint recd against our Jaleshar LPG dealer is attached in the mail. Pl look into it" and warning from the distributar side for not supply of gas in future. and still distributer suppling the gas in black market also at high cost. Kindly take strict and useful step to protect your HPCL coustmer from the same problam again and again. because this is not first time.it happens in every winter and marriage season. HP Consumer Gas — no. delivery & bad Attitude of dealer

i have booked my Gas on 26.12.07 & till date (5.1.08) i did not have receaved the gas.after calling to my dealer (TYAGI GAS AGENCY SEC-5 Vaishali GZB. 201012)he says come & collect your gas other wise there is no gas available.
His attituade is very bad , I had also visited the dealer but no result.

Dear Sir,

We got a HP connection from Sangemesh Gas Agency, BHEL, RC Puram, Hyderabad. We are residing at Madinaguda, Hyderabad. We are not getting gas within 10 days of booking. Also no one is feeling responsible to attend customer problem there. I request you to take proper action on this.

there should be a transperent rule for gas distribution and the dealers should be taught basic etiquette and professionalism.
they dont pick up phone for booking. no supply of gas in proper time, misbehabior , blackmarketing are daily phenomenon.
time has come to teach them a lesson.
there should be a central phone no.where in we could know how much waiting list number we are currently.

HP Consumer Gas — delivery prob,excess rate charges

i have had an hp gas connection from quite a time but our town being a remote area the dealers are not behaving good..again the delivery is not in time and after frequent visit when they deliver they demand excess charges like home delivery charges and so on...the name of the dealer is Priya Gas
