I am having a very bad experinece with my local service centre in Aligarh, U.P., I bought HP 8000 Office Pro Jet with sr.no. MY95624125 on Sept 15, 2009 from your Aligarh HP office at centre point. I was having printing problem with printer. On Sept, 3, 2010 I left theprinter at your Aligarh service centre and was told to make an enquiry after Sept 10, 2010. When I went on Sept 17, 2010 was told by Mr. Kamal Jain to come next Friday. When today i.e. Sept24, 2010 Mr. Kamal Jain started telling me that the warranty period of one year expired, so I have to pay for all the services. When I, reminded him that the printer was was given at the service centre on Sept 3, 2010, he Mr. Kamal Jain took a complete U turn and told me that I, never bought a printer for a complain. Sir I have been using the HP printers for lat twelve years, but never had trouble at any of the HP service centre. Mr. Kamal Jain is just spoiling the name of HP because there are other customers who are having problem at HP service Centre at Aligarh. There are customers who had made complaint regarding Mr. Jain to Mr Manish Kohli

Please help me
