[Resolved]  HP Deskjet Printer F - 4288 — faulty printer

as I am not satisfying with your product Printer F- 4288, which I bought last month from EDM mall Kaushambi Ghaziabad. From the first day I had facing a problem in my printer and I was registered my complaint again and again in HP. After that a technician was provided to me. He checked my printer to his level best. After that I received a D.O.A letter. With this letter, I went to the dealer Mr. Ajay Bhan, but he conducts me very badly. And a new printer which is given by him is not working properly as the problem is still there and two times I replace my cartridge n still they told me to replace my cartridges…..
As your one of the most reputed company world wide but I am sorry to say that your quality of products and this kind of behavior of dealer with customers getting worse day by day. So, if this quality of your product continues detoriod nobody can buy and it gives bad name to your Company.
This particular product I bought last month i.e. 21st August 2009,

Informations:-
1) Ticket no. :- [protected].
2) First complaint date :- 22nd Aug'2009.
3) Printer serial no. :- CN8B04Y0VD.
4) Ist case I.D :- 2673615.
IInd case I.D :- 2698333.
5) 2 times already i had replaced my cartridges n 3rd time they again told me to replace cartridge.... as it's not possible for me to rush to service center again n again...


This is my request to you people to look into the matter and rectify my problem.
