Dear Sir, I purchased a HP desktop (model : a6710in , s/n INA84703CJ) from Radhika Associates shop no-17, Birla market Renukoot Sonbhadra UP in March Ist week 2009. That time I sent a DD of Rs 999 for offer as your scheme o[censored]PS and PRINTER. I have received only UPS through Overnite Express courier on dated 19/08/2009. BUT I NOT RECEIVED THE PRINTER TILL NOW. Now already two year has been past. I already sent mail many times but no reply from HP. I am to much disappoint on this and I really wonder whether this is happening at HP as this a very big MNC. Please do the needful action as earliest possible. hp a6710in — gift printer not yet received
Dear Sir,I have purchased Desktop hp a6710 in 6 month before, and alloted a redemption code:- 25YTB61T7F.
and i have sent a D/D for Rs.1000/- for processing charges and i received ups 600 va only after 5 long
month. I regreat to inform you sir, I not yet receive the printer. Kindly do the needful and acknowledge.
