[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Not giving new connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

I visited several time at your distributor (PalamVihar, Gurgaon) shop from 11/12/2007.
Yet I don't have any cylinder.
I shifted here from Patna where I lived in joint family. So I don't have any gas connection. I am facing alot of problem.
Kindly do something, and provide me Gas Cylinder as early as possible.

I am a regular costomer with HP Gas distributor namely M/s Gopal Rao Enterprises, Santhoshnagar X roads, Hyderabad bearing Consumer No.623539 and booked for an additional cylinder on 25.9.2006 bearing Regn No:5606159, Waiting List is 418. As on today I could't get my additional cylinder connection. Please clarify that how may connections have given by the distributor from 25.9.2006 to till date. It is very difficult to manage with single cylinder. There is no responce from my distributor. Please reply.

Dear Sir,

I the above mentioned would like apply for Second Connection,
My consumption of gas is 22-25 days, I am having Only One Cylinder & every month I borrow the Cylinder from my neighbours, this is the condition every month., After 22 days or so I book the gas then later it comes to my home after 4-5 days, if in any Condition my Previous gas by Chance is still going on from where should I give the empty Cylinder, Again borrow the same from neighbors

I want a gas connection. But dealer said that ministory baned for new . In a news paper i had red no ban for new connection. I am needy due to i am in anew city how long i arrange from out side i am a student and freelanser with family.

Hi,

I am trying to get a new connection from HP Gas Agency in Sultanpur (U.P) namely M/s. Sultanpur Gas agency. First they insisted to buy a new stove from them. Then they sent one person for inspection and looking at the stove in my home they said you already have a connection.

As per a ruling by MRTPC (Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission) these agencies or LPG distributing companies can not force the customers to buy a new stove from them. But these guys seem to be so confident that nothing will happen to them if they contnue to harass us like this.

Even if we pressure them to provide the new connection, I am sure they will not send the refill cylinders before making sure that we are harassed for at least 4 weeks each time.

Dear HP Gas,
It is clear that there are countless complaints against your partners in different parts of the country but its seems there are no proper action taken against them from your end. Don't you carea bout your valued customers and take heed on their cry? As per my own experience, the HP Gas agencies (your partners) in many places behave like kings for they have the ability to reject the need and request of the customers. It is very unfortunate on the line of business. Kindly consider the complaints of your esteemed customers and take action against the erring people of your company.
