Hp Gas — No response and very arrogant reply from Company executive.

I have LPG gas connection vide Consumer no.607817 in Nashik.Dealer code is 131320. On 25th March 2008 the cylinder was stolen from my own house.I have lodged a complaint with police and contacted the dealer.They informed me that the process to issue me a new cylinder and regulator will take at least 8 to 10 months. Till then how am I supposed to cook? Or does the Company want to encourage the black marketing of cylinders as no one can survive without gas connection in cities.My wife tried to talk to Company's sales representative Mr.Choudharialso. HPGAS DEALER — VERY ARROGANT

Mahaveer Gas Agencies of Nanded, Maharashtra very aurogant staff. they always keep their ph busy. i have never faced such bad service i am getting from Mahaveer Gas Agencies Nanded.
It is affecting company's reputation. me; myself have applied for a new connection in Bharat Gas as well adviced many people not to apply for HP Gas Because of bad service of your distributer.
kindly look after, otherwise it is going to hamper company's reputation..

my self jitendra anasane consumer no-643347. i am costomer of hp agency at vashi.in front of gaodevi mandir.when i try for booking by telephone.continue ring goes but their employ they do not pick up phone. actually i have 2 cylinder. ultimately every time i have to go personally along with empty cylinder.
