HP Gas M/s Panwar Gas Agency Raj Nagar Ghaziabad — Non Delivery of Gas

I am sorry to say that your company representative are showing a shortage of Gas all times. They are not providing gas even after 15 days of booking. They do not even listen to the customer and hang up the phone. All other agencies are providing ags within 3-5 days of booking. Please look into that matter.

THE GAS WAS BOOKED ON 23/06/2008 BUT WE ARE YET TO GET ANY GAS AS ON TODAY, 14/072008. SECONDLY, IT IS ONLY WHEN YOU MAKE 25 CALLS, THERE IS CHANCE THAT THE PHONE WILL GET PICKED UP ONLY TO GET A RUDE RESPONSE. FURTHER, THEY FALSELY TOLD ME THAT THE GAS WILL REACH YO BY EVENING, BUT NOBODY EVER TURNED UP. WHY CANT PEOPLE AT SUCH PLACES PLAY THINGS HONESTLY AND RIGHTFULLY.

I, Ram Kumar Singh, resident of A-06, CISF Colony, 5Th Reserve Battalian Indirapuram Ghaziabad (UP) has been using the services of your gas agency for the last four years (Consumer No-619400). As per the last four years your agency has been delivering gas cylinder at above mentioned address to me. But when the book the cylinder last month, it was not delivered to me when i inquired the reason for non delivering i got to know from your agency person that my residence address has been changed at your end without any intimation from my side. As my current address is same as mentioned above but i got know it has been changed to Sahibabad, due to the negligence on your part i have been suffering for the last one month as the cylinder has not been delivered to me till date after giving so many reminder to your gas agency.

I am too a bonafide consumer of Hindustan Petroleum. My consumer No. is 618090. I am registered with M/S Panwar Gas Agency, Shop No.-10, Sec-14, GDA Mkt, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad (U.P.). The agency has provided four numbers for booking but none of the numbers is made available during the day- the numbers are[protected]/2825032/ 2825451/2895825. Even after booking by chance it is connected, they never give the booking number and advises to connect other number[protected] which is also not available during the entire day. LPG cylinder is not supplied after booking.

I need a LPG cylinder and I am forced to buy it in black inspite of having no.
