HP are cheaters, I have purchase HP Note book on 27th July 2013 from Infinity Mall II, Malad, the Name of the outlet is Checkmate computers, under “HP Students offer”, now it is almost 3 months and I have still not received the free accessories till date. Instead of my previous reminders, there is no action on my request, I do not expect such type of services from a brand like HP, I once again wait for my request and your answer on the same, Please see to it that my request for the same is attended, as I am frustrated by such type of service, please do not make me irritate more. I hope that I get my accessories ASAP or else else I will be left with no option but to promote your HP brand among our students on the facebook regarding the services and will also proceed to consumer court for cheating a student like me.
