Subject:- Registering Complaint and dissatisfaction regarding HP Pavilion
Note Book.
Sir/ Madam,

1. This is to state that the complainant purchased Lap-Top Model No.
DV5 1102 TU with S. No. CNF8491PB1 from M/s S.K.Technology, Karnal with guarantee of one year on 22nd jan 2009.

2. That with in a span of 4 months the Display Screen turned blank white and the complaint was registered with a Horizons Services Pvt. Ltd., Karnal and the Lap-Top was handed over to the complainant after changing its Mother Board after the period of 1 to 2 weeks.


3. That again after a period of three days the touch pad ceased to work and Horizons Services Pvt. Ltd., Karnal repaired it.

4. That it continued to work well for Span of three weeks and again the problem arose with the touch pad. This time complainant tried to get better services from M/S R.T. OUTSOURCES PVT. LTD KARNAL and they changed the touch pad with in weak .


5. With in a week the same problem arose with the key pad. There after they SWAPED the Mother Board second time.

6. That again after a week, the problem cropped up and even its Finger Censor and Touch pad also stopped working.


7. The complainant went to M/S R.T. OUTSOURCES PVT. LTD KARNAL on 4th sept-2009, service centre engineer showed me that system was working good with another hard disk.

8. The complainant took the lap top back the same day and after working on it the same problem aroused up, I am not even to take the back up of my CRUCIAL DATA.


9. M/S R.T. OUTSOURCES PVT. LTD KARNAL had CHANGED the PROCESSER of the complainant LAPTOP , Previously it was INTEL now it is AMD, as it is showing on TOUCH PAD.


10. M/S R.T. OUTSOURCES PVT. LTD KARNAL refused to log in the case on 5th sept 2009 and said that I can do anything what I want.

11. The complainant called HP CUSTOMER CARE and after discussing the problem they had given the complaint number.

12. Now the Lap-Top is with me at present and the service request number is [protected].


13. My previous case id was [protected] .

14. At present the laptop is facing the same problem and also now the SCREEN shows some linings during startup process.

15. Due to this problem I am unable to submit my MBA project on time to department . Thats why I will be suffering financial losses in huge amount as well as my precious time only because of this LAPTOP, and the company (HP) will have to suffer all my financial losses, if there will be any further delays.

16. I am constrained to bring into your notice that inspite of repeated repairs the LAPTOP , purchased just eight month ago and by facing rude behavior of M/S R.T. OUTSOURCES PVT. LTD KARNAL the LAPTOP still not working properly . It shows that this LAPTOP has major defects . I am tired & fedup with this type of product .So, you are requested to direct M/S S.K. TECHNOLOGY KARNAL, from whom I purchased this laptop to replace this defective piece till date i.e. 12th September 2009 otherwise complainant shall compelled to seek redressal through the COMPETENT CONSUMER COURT ( Karnal Jurisdiction) and claim loss that he had to bear due to the above mentioned facts.

HP PAVILION DV5-1102TU — KEY PAD

hi
this is gopi from hyderabad. last 5 monthes back i bought a HP PAVILION. in Vijayawada Moieeno systems. now the keypad is not working properly. so plz consider this one.

Never buy any HP product, worst worst service, If there is any small problem you need pay full amount for that.

I have some question to HP team, i posted no of times but never got reply.

I requst all the people don't buy any HP product if you already buy and if there is any problem don't go HP service center becase they very big quotation than acutal product, any qusetion ping me :[protected]@gmail.com

1) Why HP is not repairing the product instead of simply replacing the product.
In my case the they are saying we don't know functionality of LCD screen
that what we just replacing instead of repair.
2) It is more than 70% of product cost, How customer can through away the
particular part even 99% is fine.
3) It is just cheating of the customers and regaining for selling of your products
again and again
