HP Laptop (DV4 - 2103TU Ms) — Parts damage frequently and performance is low even after replacement.

Respected Sir,
I am a student of Computer Engineering having passed my B.E in this year. I had purchased a HP laptop (DV4-2103 TU MS), Sr. No. Cnd0011BDP and Product No. WH953PA from Nexus Network pvt.ltd. Aurangabad, Invoice No. 1030 dated 26/04/2010 as the same was required for my project, java programming, studying from e books.
With deep regret am to inform you that since the first date of purchase I am having lots of problems with my laptop. I had intimated the same to HP Service center and Nexus from time to time and had requested them to get the same laptop replaced within warranty period as it is still having problems even after getting it repaired lots of times.
During the cause of my final year project in college I faced great hardship as my laptop was not working properly and as such I suffered a lot academically for my exams, submissions and project.
My laptop was serviced after many complaints and everytime the service center to which the laptop was given used to take about 15-25 days for getting the same repaired. This again has resulted in loss of my valuable time. The case ids are [protected]-40, [protected], [protected]-461.
Recently on 7/3/2011 also I had faced a major problem in which my hard disk had to be replaced and my entire improtant and useful data was lost. This has resulted in loosing all the important programmes and information which I had saved in my hard disk and also the operating system which was an inbuilt and licensed one in my hard disk. Now by no means my data can be retrieved. The case id is [protected]-461.
This is to bring to your kind notice that one of my frirnd also had purchased the same model and she also was having the same sort of problems. As such it can be derived that the particular model itself is having problem.


I request your goodself to kindly replace my laptop at the earliest as it may well not be possible for a student like me to get it serviced at my own cost after the expiry of warranty period and the cost of repairs being very high.
Once again I request you to replace my laptop at the earliest within a period of 15 days from receipt of letter. Failure to which I shall be constrained to take appropriate legal action against you.
Hope you do the needful at the earliest and oblige.
