[Resolved]  HP Laserjet 1008 — for claiming free gift offer

I have already send several mail to that HP company.
but every time they send me such type of mail reply.
but i already discuss with Nigam computer, where i purchased.
he claiming that it is original one and suggest me to file a case against hp in consumer court.
That's a mail copy from hp redemption cell.
I have also send mail to Bhubaneswar HP area manager, but not responding.

I have purchased a HP LaserJet P1008, from dealer, Nigam com tech & service Pvt Ltd, Saheed nagar on dated 20.01.2009. As per term and condition of company one toner is to be provided with the above model within the fixed cost as free gift after sending the bar-code along with bank draft worth of Rs 250/- drawn in favors above company which i have followed and send as per term and condition with invoice but now the company is cheated with a plea that the bar-code send by the procedure through the above dealer of saheed Nagar, BBSR is a duplicate.So now i am bound to give a F.I.R at saheed Nagar police station and going to file a consumer case against both the dealer & company for which you will be remain held responsible for my mental strain, waste of time and the total cost of the above case.
