HP LPG Service — Delay in Delivery and Poor response

We have booked for re-filled cyclinder about 20 days back but still it hasn't got delievered. Also whenever we make a call to them, a autoreply says "the phone is faulty". We are not sure how a phone used to answer customer call will be faulty always.

600019 is delivering the refills only after 25 days of booking leading to hardship to us and other consumers. My consumer no. is 600496. Can anyone in the ranks could do needful to check such malpractice and find the real reason for late deliveries.

The land line number is always busy.Pls try 044.25991828 even though there are very few customers. Even in MNC the landline wont be such busy.


I humbly request you to change the dealer to trusted dealer in the same area and resolve the issue. We dont want preya gas agency as we get poor response from the working staff and we are annoyed with the service.

LPG — poor services with misbehave

i was facing problem regularly. today on my complaint they advised me to give application for transfer to ajay gas, sonepat.
on doing so, they transferred my connection to ajay gas.

then i went to ajay gas, but they refused to accept saying that we will take through company only. I again went to kusum gas, but they replied "we have no concern with you.either go to ajay gas or hindustan petroleum office.the connection was given to us by ajay gas previously and now we have returned them.They also misbehaved with me."
Please take an action against missbeahave and get my gas no. transferred

Hello sir,

this complaint is Shiva Gas Agency Vidyaranya Puram. Karnataka Mysore. The net Contain gas 14.2 kgs but this agency issued gas not come to this wight 1 to 2 kgs less find wight. I have tell that agency persons has refused this so, please take an action against missbehave.

HP LPG Gas — Poor Booking Service

I fed up with the poor service of the HP Gas providing by the
Trilok Gas Agency

There are two numbers provided for the booking
[protected] (for computerized booking),
[protected] (for manual booking)
but none responds, only the ring goes and nobody picks up. I contacted to Mr. Sandeep (Area Supervisor), he told me to leave message with complete booking details on the manual number, but I didn't get the gas and 25 days have been past and still no response...

Sirs, This is to bring to your notice, I can approach the Right to lodge my complaint. Inspite of several calls to agency their phone ring but no one pickup the call, I am tired trying their number.
Always telephone remains busy or no one pick the call
