I mailed to the concerned twice. But I dint get any response. Also i called the given number but no use. Kindly reply me immediately...

i have send draft on 18.12.2008 for UPS and Printer but not received till date

i hv two problems.first is that in my laptop i hv only one drive(C:).i want another one so if i format it.or change my window vista to windows xp then my waranty period will be cancled or not?plz tell me.
second is that when i purchased my laptop then seller told me hp company will send you kodek digital camera.i hv not received till now.if there are some conditions so tell me.
