[Resolved]  Hp Redemptions — HP redemption gift not redeemed

HP — not received free gifts nor any acknowledgment

This complaint is towards Ms. Aishwarya, Hp Redemption cell.
I had sent a DD worth Rs.500/- on the purchase of HP pavilion series laptop and i sent all necessary documents in favor of proof for student identity and invoice duplicate, original sticker, etc.

I sent it in september and still no reply or any acknowledgment.
I never had expected this height of irresponsibility from a well-established organization like HP.

Please send my complaint as i feel i am being cheated.

Hp pavilion dv6767tx — non receipt of free gift item for the redemption code

Ibrougt my laptop on 29 may and register my product in the first week of june.yet i have not received my redemtion code for claiming freee gift item.some day before i got a redemtion code for only wi-fi device.one of my friend has received the gift item.so i request the concerned authority to please help me out.

I have sent bar code alongwith a demand draft of Rs.500 and a photo copy of cash memo along with the redemption code as they have asked .but still i have not received the free gifts after 3 months.

same thing also happened with me. I bought an HP DV6767TX model on 2 june. also claimed for gift and getting a documents confirmation mail and they asked a time of 4-6 weeks to deliever the gift. but still i don't receive any gift. i also send a demand draft of Rs.500. they only cheat us.

I purchased a HP model no.dv4-1133TX pavilion laptop on 26.10.08 & sent a draft of Rs. 990 for gift. But not received gift till date. Please confirm dispatch of gift as soon as possible.

I had purchased Laptop DV5 1102TU on 29th Nov.08 & registered for the Digital camera offer on 30th I got the redemption code ORTHS9MZXB & sent the DD of Rs.990/- on 12th Dec.'08. but till date I have not received any confirmation fom them. I have got the POD for delivering the same. When I called they say I have not registered & cannot trace the DD they gave me an email id [protected]@solutions-intg.com which does not work. every time I call the no.[protected] it goes to voice mail I have left my name & no. 5 times but nobody calls back. Can any one help me.

I purchased a Compaq laptop in November 08 and sent a DD worth Rs.1299/- for the free gift but didn't got any acknowledgment from hp redemptions yet. Now i am planing to book a complaint in consumer court for the same. I would suggest you all to do the same otherwise the HP people wont listen.

I had purchased a H.P. Laptop from Maple Computer and Communication Private Ltd., Bhubaneswar, Orissa in the month of December, 2008. I was told that Philips 5.1 Home theater (Model No. DSP2200) worth Rs.10, 500/- includes DVD player with 5.1 out put and remote + 5.1 speaker system will also be supplied within 6weeks. I completed the required formalities for the same. My Redemption Code is JESKSLT095 and the claim receipt by your office on 20th December. After lapse of 6weeks, whenever I contacted over telephone I was told that your case have already forwarded on 11th February, 2009 but till date I have not received the gift.
