[Resolved]  HP V270 Pen Drive (8GB) — not working

My name is Jithendrakrishna M.N and my friend Mr.Arun Kumar M.V purchased HP V270 Pen Drive(8GB) from the snap deal for me.But now it's not working,for that product company says 2 year warranty from date of purchase and the date of purchase was 14-Jul-2012.So please help me to replace or repair that product.
