[Resolved]  HP Windows 7 Upgrade kit — HP Windows 7 Upgrade kit

Dear Sir, I Purchased HP Touchsmart Desktop in October. As per company agreement Im eligible for free upgrade for Window7 Upgrade kit. I registerd my product online and sent Rs 700 DD as administration charge, along with my computer document and invoice reciept to HP Window7 upgrade cell in November 09, I reccived wrong kit (Win7 upgrade kit )in 3rd week of Dec.09, when I called them they asked me to returned this kit, I sent back this kit on 21st Dec.09, Since then no news from HP upgrade cell, I sent several mails to them, but no reply, I called them, they says, they'll despatch new kit within couple of days, Im hearing same answer from December, till now not reccived the new Win7 upgrade kit, kindly help me to get this kit as soon as possible

hp note book — Not getting any response for WIndows7 upgrade

For your kind information I have sent the documents for Windows7 upgradation to Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. on 31 Dec'09 and it has been reached there on 4th Jan'10 through DTDC courier service (Consignment No.: B[protected]. But when I called to Solutions Integrated Marketing Services, then someone is telling they didn't get the courier. Its really strange. I dont know how without inquiry that person is saying like this. But DTDC is saying that they delivered the letter on 4th Jan itself. Even they have the evidence also. Again I had sent the scanned document on[protected], but still not a single response form Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. I called many times per day in that help line number. but somebody picks the phone and suddenly disconnected everytime. I dont know how to contact these people.

If possible then pls do something for me. My txn id is TN008154. Thanks!!

i am also facing same kind of problem.As per HP upgrade program i am eligible to apply for it and i did made an online order for HP windows upgrade from Vista home premium to Windows 7 Home premium with the transaction number TN009361.I provided them with all the required documents within the time limit and called them also so many times but they always kept on repeating that my documents are being verified and its in process.This program of HP with a third party association seems to be totally fake and involved fraudulent activities and thus strict action is required to be taken.
Well, I am now in the same, but probably a worse position with HP. I bought my laptop on October 12. They said I'd get a free Windows 7 upgrade. I was surprised when the laptop arrived and there was absolutely no literature ANYWHERE within the packaging regarding my free upgrade. Since Windows 7 hadn't been released yet (it was released on October 20, 8 days later), I assumed HP would just mail me the information as soon as it became available. Unfortunately, I put too much trust in HP, and I allowed too much time to pass by.
So today, in June, I finally found the time to contact HP about the free upgrade. And now they're telling me it was a "promotion, " and that I had to upgrade by March 15. Both my husband and I have been on the phone all day with HP, fighting them about this. Never did I read anywhere that this was just a "promotion" that would end on March 15. Second, when you buy outdated software and are promised the new upgrade, I've never known any company to ever put a deadline on when you go about upgrading - that is ridiculous. Third, they told me I should have received an upgrade code in the packaging, which I didn't. Fourth, they told me I was informed on the website when I purchased the PC, which I wasn't. And, finally, they even went as far as to say that they sent all of their customers emails and phone calls about the upgrade, which I am certain they did not.
So now they want me to pay $100+ for the Windows 7 upgrade that I purchased when I bought the laptop. Still fighting them about it, but it doesn't look like they're going to honor the free upgrade.
I'm very disappointed in HP. I've bought HP all my life, and most of my students buy HPs because they get a recommendation from me. If HP can't do something as simple as honor this simple upgrade for free, then I will never purchase an HP again. It's not about the $100. It's about a company being honest and fair with you, and giving you what you deserve, and giving you what you paid for.
Now I've read all of the complaints about Arvato, here and elsewhere, and I can't help but think that this whole upgrade is just not worth my time and energy. I can't believe the number of complaints I've just read online about Arvato. There should be a class action settlement against them and HP for this.

i buy an HP notebook n i applied for an window7 tool kit firstly i call them they said they send in couple of days but now that number is out of service and neither i got kit nor any reply from ur side.
so i request u take some action towards my problem. hoping your early response towards my problem.
