Dear Sir,
My consumer number is 602791 and the dealer is Ratnakala Gas Agency, Maruthankuzhy, Trivandrum, Kerala.

Thank you for having my refill delivered the day I wrote you last month .

But this time as well I booked the refill twice immediately after it was delivered, unfortunately both the bookings were cancelled without the intimation of the customer and at last the booking was registered on 20th Feb, 2014 and the booking number is 222971.

As I am running out of fuel I contacted the agency but was not received any satisfactory reply.

I appreciate you having it delivered at your earliest.

Also I would like to inform you that I don't like registering repeated complaints every month for my refill hence please ensure that it will be done on time in a professional l manner.
