[Resolved] Hpgas — non delivery

I had booked the refill in my HP Gas consumer no.613885 on 03.12.2010 and I got a booking no.342554. On 01.01.2011 I have received a SMS from HP IVR stating that the refill will be delivered within 48 hours. But till date the refill not delivered. Yesterday I have received another SMS from HP IVR stating that the refill has been already delivered. I dont know to whom it has been delivered. The agency keeps mum while I contacted the agency M/s. Kumar Gas, Patturaickal, Thrissur.
The fate of the refill not known Till this time.

I had booked Indane gas on 18.12.10 with Magadh Enterprises, Kurji Pul, Opp Math, Patna 800010.Till date I have not been supplied.Whenever I try to contact on the dealers mob.no.[protected] I find the mob either switched off, engaged or not answering.This is the complaints of Ganga Tower /Ganga Apartment's 100 residents.I am also President of Ganga Tower Owners Association.My particulars are the following

Mainpura Patna 800001. Distance of the Dealer from my residence approx.2km. Am an old customer of about 50 yrs and my age 70 living only with my wife. My mob no [protected].
