I am the consumer of HP gas. My consumer No. 661258, I would like to change my house address in the records of HP gas (Sree Maanasa Gas Agency, Plot No 58, Pipeline Road, Vijayanagar Colony, Hyderabad) through online.

Pl change my address from FLAT # 201, Padmaja Avenue, Anjaneyanagar Colony, Moosapet, Hyderabad-50018 TO Flat No.101, Road No.6, Anjaneya Nagar Colony, Hyderabad - 500018.

I was booked the cyclinder two times. First time the delivery was not attempted and the booking was cancelled by agency. After than i was rebooked the cylinder but now 4 days i have not got the cyclinder. I called the agency and to retail offices but they promised me to give the cyclinder on saturday. I was unable to fill the refill from outside. Kindly do the needful otherwise i have to change the company and need to go to the cousumer court.

Hello Sir,

I have number of times requested to Gas agency and bankers, gas distributor for subsidy amount is not credited to my account. they are saying that nothing from my end with banker, banker also same update.

Subsidy amount hold more than 9 months and it's not credited to account.

please reach out me, if you need any further help on this.

I could not activated my account because l have not received activation link to my e mail id [protected]@gmail.com. Icould not able to book gas online and request for issue for dbtl (Double gas cylinder). L have requested earlier to resend activation link.

Hello sir, My name is Prudhvi Raju from vizag. I am using LPG connection of HP-GAS (NAVODAYA GAS AGENCY), After every refill booking cylinder takes long time to delivery because of delivery boy. After delivering cylinder he demands extra money for delivery (i.e 35-40rs). And not only from me beside my neighbor's house also and not just requesting he demands money and i refused to give such extra money to him. i given two times complaints regarding this issues my Gas Agency but action or response from them.My mom is a house wife and uneducated she can't read bill if actual bill 684rs delivery boy say that total amount is 720 rs.
please sir i am working fr poor salary i can't give extra money.And That's not fair so please notice this too society with your district e paper.

Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
I booked gas for home delivery on 02.11.2012 and the booking nos is 308027 and then i got a msg from hpgas that my gas cylinder will b delivered in next 48 hours on dated 09.11.2012 and cash memo nos 197226.Bt after 4 day my cylinder doesnt deliver at home.then on dated 13.11.2012 i received a msz of delivery.Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered and the boss of this gas agency mr manjeet singh also abused me.N now on 16th of Nov i didnt received my gas cylinder.I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency is Bhagat Gas Service.

I had booked the refill in my HP Gas consumer no.613885 on 03.12.2010 and I got a booking no.342554. On 01.01.2011 I have received a SMS from HP IVR stating that the refill will be delivered within 48 hours. But till date the refill not delivered. Yesterday I have received another SMS from HP IVR stating that the refill has been already delivered. I dont know to whom it has been delivered. The agency keeps mum while I contacted the agency M/s. Kumar Gas, Patturaickal, Thrissur.
The fate of the refill not known Till this time.

I booked gas for home delivery on13.12.10 but till today 25.12.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My consumer no is 611151.I had booked to refill my cylinder on 29/10/09 through mobile booking services.on the same day i got the message that booking no. is 245261. After two weeks I enquired but there was no response from the agency. They didn't responded to the phone calls. Today (23/11/09) I went there but they behaved irresponsibly. I asked for complaint book and they told that there is no complaint book.Please take necessary actions against the gas agency so that no one would suffer like this.I request you to proceed the formalities to refill my cylinder immediately.

With lot of dissatisfaction and disappointment with your dealer Hindustan GAS Company with Dealer code 19523700 I am writing to you.

I am behind them from past 3 months to get Customer Transfer Advise - IN, Mr. Mahesh who is claimed to be in-charge of that distributor's office, is very rude at me and whenever I go there, he is asking me to come back next week, I don't really know whether he is expecting some bribe from me.

I have come to Hyderabad in the month of June, with my family, And Till date I didn't get my Transfer in Hyderabad.

Today I went there and waited for 2 hrs in the distributors place and finally was asked to come back on Saturday, to collect the GAS and regulator, with CTA - IN. It was happening from past 3 months.

When I thought of taking this over to the officials Mr. Mahesh has given me Mr. ARUN No. ([protected]) who claimed himself to be the HP Manager who doesn't want to hear to what I am saying, as It was 6:30 PM and he don't speak to this stupid issues after 5:00 PM (Literally), and warned me not to call him again.

I have given a complaint to the HP Customer care, through the Website http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in/
with reference code 09013100 and my email ID is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

They have responded as below.

"We regret the inconvenience caused to you. You are requested to approach the dealer along with your origional termination voucher, Residential proof/Identity for getting the reconnection. We are marking copy of this mail to dealer for doing the needful."

I have been there for almost 12 times and they want me to go again. So, I have replied as follow's

Dear Sir,

A simple regret mail is not the solution. I expect you to take necessary action on Mr. Mallesh, for his non sense behavior and the pain he has given me to visit him for 12 consecutive weeks.
Mr. Arun has pretended as a GM of HP, I request you to take action on him. Finally, Ask the dealer’s executive to come to my house to collect my TV and do the necessary formalities, and hand over the cylinder and regulator. So that the dealer’s would understand the necessity of customer satisfaction. Please reply me on this.

After all this, I really want to discontinue with HP. Please Do the needful to me.

Dear Sir/madam,
I am the consumer of HP Gas since last 9 years. The distributor was delivering the refilled cylinder at my residence as and when I requested. But now the above said distributor has refused to deliver the cylinder at my residence saying that the company has instructed them not to deliver the cylinder in village/rural areas.
Sir, I hereby want to say that when the delivery is being done very near to my residence in sector 46 and 51 which are at a distance of few meters only from my residence and their delivery vans are crossing my house(my house is on the main road) to deliver cylinder in these sectors, then why the delivery is not being done for me only.
I requested the above said distributor many times but I was told that the delivery will not be done at any cost. I personally went to M/S Raj Gas Service and requested for the home delivery of the refilled cylinder, but they bluntly refused and they misbehaved when I requested thyem, saying that you can do what ever you can do but the delivery will not be done.
I hereby want to know that when the delivery is being done in surrounding areas, then why the distributor is not delivering the cylinder at my residenc.
I request you to kindly do needful regarding this.

Dear sir,
i hav taken new connection frm one hpgas agency and they strongly oppsed me stovelesss connection.on my enquiry i got knew it frm the concerned staffs that they r totally pressurissed to buy company products otherthan gas related products like cooker, stoves and utensils etc.IM readt to buy it from that agency but when enquired the rate, it looks hp products hav 10 to 25 pecentage hike with ordinary shoppers.So i rejects gas agency ppls demand to purchase stove and related products frm them.My question is why such activities are supported by hpcl and ultimatly gas agency distributors are always sitting in receiving end.So i really feels pitty in thier current state and hopes such indecent overrated sale sponcered by hpcl should be stooped for beetter customer relation.
